This company is great we've used them numerous times every time we come to town, We make a trip down to the river walk. For the past 3 years we always try to find our same driver and horse. Not to say that the rest of the drivers and horses are not great but we have found out not all of them do tours. So you definitely need to talk to the driver and make sure you are going to get what you want.

My wife and kids favorite driver is Cindy and Jamison. This 2 totally rocked the streets of San Antonio Jamison is a very Majestic unicorn and Cindy is the best tour guide that we have found. She always make sure that she interacts with the kids and she makes our ride so much fun. My wife is totally in love with Jamison as he has a very corky personality with a little bit of attitude and by far is one of the best looking horses downtown. You can always find this company on Crockett street in front of the Hard Rock Cafe where you will see a row of beautiful Cinderella carriages. But do your homework take the time to meet the drivers and meet the horses. But in the end I highly recommend looking for Cindy and Jamison the most beautiful pink carriage in line pulled by the very Majestic black unicorn. My wife is a horse person and she always enjoys the amazing partnership that these 2 have and loves the fact that Jamison is so spoiled. Don't waste your time with the other companies as the carriage's and the horses as well as the drivers don't even compare to this company as they are very professional and treat their horses very well. I don't think we've ever made a trip to San Antonio, and have not miss the opportunity to go downtown to take a ride with Cindy...

Please don't ride yellow rose . Vulgarity and unprofessional behaviors which is what your gonna get. As a born and raised San Antone. Someone who suggests these carriage rides to people all the time.. I support them. I parked on the side of rainforest cafe to wait for my daughter to come get her belt because the other one busted wasn't going to leave my car. It was a two minute thing. As a operator rides up aside me and starts yelling. You can't park to here, I was not going to leave the car waiting for my child to come get her belt. she didn't care she kept yelling you can't park their commercial space again. I yelled at her to mind her business if she needed to park here let me know so I can move. She kept yelling stating she was gonna call the police. I told her to go right ahead. I told her to mind her business and have a great day. Then she yells out for me To bite her as she pulls infront of me to drop the family off. I told her to bite herself and have a great day. Right or wrong the whole time. She has a family in the carriage. Way to go off your behavior I could tell you don't live here. You just work here. This woman does not represent San Antonio or Texas..I hope no one gets on this woman's nasty carriage with her nasty attitude, poor horse. There is no response you can give, if I'm wrong I'll say I'm wrong, but there are ways to handle situations and if you charge a whole 25.00 each don't make it a vulgar ride....

I would give zero stars if I could, was taking grad pics and my photographer asked about prices I felt it was too expensive for me at the time and walked away. Another driver wispered something and me and my photographer went to inquire. She offered a discounted rate and my photographer told her our plans for the ride. She accepted this and then changed things up mid ride. I payed her but then followed up with the company to file a complaint and discuss a refund. the owner told me her driver told her what happened and she did not need to speak with me because she agreed with the driver then hung up in my face. When I attempted to call back she sent me straight to VM. It was very disappointing to waste me time and money seeing that the sun was setting and I still had not got the pics at the location I desired. Then to meet the unprofessionalism of the owner, who if nothing else could have heard me out. I would highly recommend reascearching and receiving ALL details about the ride prior to taking it. What I thought was a desire to help a graduate make a goal happen was truly a con attempting to make a quick buck off the situation she...
