Bahama Buck's - San Antonio, NW Loop 410 — Restaurant in San Antonio

One star for all the other times I've came here and had good service BUT one awful experience unfortunately ruins all that. Which was tonight 09/02/23 ....first of all wasnt greeted when my family and I came in. Second the boy at the register was tapping his hand making beats on the counter while I was looking at the menu. I had to start the conversation that I was ready to order. Third my wife and kids went to go look for a seat while I ordered for us. A place of 5 booth tables and 2 high top tables to sit at. One booth had customers sitting down enjoying their snow cones. ALL the other booths had chairs on them that were placed by an employee. The high top tables the chairs were taken away and placed on the booth tables. Wet floor signs occupied the walking area of the shop even though the floor wasn't swept at all or wet. We can tell by the dead roach on the floor. My wife checked the time on her phone it was still before 8pm and the door says they close at 9pm on Saturdays. So she proceeded to take the chair off the booth so my kids and her can sit. No employee came by to wipe down the table that was clearly dirty. Fourth as we waited for our order of snow cones we heard fellow customers complaining about their incorrect orders they were getting. After hearing this we weren't surprised when we also got our order incorrect and didn't care to complain to the employees because we were already annoyed with our experience. Fifth...yes it keeps going...a group of elderly women came in and also had the trouble of finding somewhere to sit because all the other tables still had chairs on them even though the shop was clearly still open. Once again no employee came to fix this situation. Instead my wife got up and removed the chair off the other booth so they can sit. Then looked over to the employees and asked if the shop was closed and the employees replied "no" as they watched my wife take down the other chairs to the other tables. Once again no employee came to fix this situation or apologize. My wife proceeded to take pictures of the employee who put the chairs on the table in the first place and another employee who kept making rude remarks while working. Now lastly as we left the shop my wife had went back to get napkins and walked in on an employee laughing and talking loudly where other customers can hear about her for taking pictures of the shop and them. My wife then proceeded to reply to the employee she will be back tomorrow to speak with a manager. Long review but definitely necessary. Rude staff. Dirty shop. Poor service for the numerous incorrect orders. What a shame. If you don't like your job find another but don't suck at it and make the customer literally pay for...

I love snow cones but really disappointed by the quality & service of Bahama Buck's.

We waited over 15m to get our 3 small snow cones. The ENTIRE floor was sticky, like you were walking over milk that had dried up...disgusting. The kid making our snow cones was on a video call the whole time. Another kid in the back I think was taking drive-thru orders, and the 3rd was cashier/handing snow cones to folks in drive-thru. Clearly the drive-thru was prioritized, they kept getting their orders while we waited. I wish the other kids had jumped in to make cones, but nope, we had to wait while the kid on the video call made them slowly one-by-one.

They were Not worth the wait. In the center of one of our orders, was just pure white snow, no syrup... The other 2 had way too much syrup, very inconsistent flavoring. The syrups were sickly sweet imo, I couldn't even finish half of my small size. Nothing special about the flavors, low quality. This may be my personal preference, but I didn't enjoy the soft texture of the snow. It melted too fast and wasn't as crunchy as I like a snow cone. Won't...

I have always loved this place. My kids are obsessed and I don’t blame them! However, I haven’t been back in awhile due to our last experience. I was in line at 8:30 and it was taking forever. I even googled what time it closed and google stated 10pm. Well by the time I got up to the speaker. No one was there. I drove to the window and all the lights were off. I parked and knocked on the door and one of the employees came out to give products to people that were parked and ignored me. Someone else came out and with a lot of attitude asked what my problem was. I simply asked if they decided to close with all the people in line and she said yes, they stopped serving people at 8:45pm. I asked if they could at least announce that instead of just letting people sit there and wait. She said that wasn’t her job to make people happy. I haven’t...
