NEVER ORDER CAKES FROM THIS LOCATION. I had the absolute worst customer experience here. The cake maker was so rude and unprofessional, I will never give this company another dollar. I called to get pricing on cake options. I told the cake maker I would prefer the cheaper option, and I guess she was in a rush because she said “okay” and then hung up on me. I thought maybe it was an accident? So I called back and politely gave her my order. An hour later, I get charged $45 on my card. I called back to find out why since this was not what we discussed earlier. The cake maker started to argue with me! I understood there was some miscommunication, but this lady was telling me I ordered wrong. Who gas lights a complete stranger? There was no apology or ANY acknowledgment that maybe there was a mistake. Long story short, she was trying to charge me for a toy on the cake that I never wanted nor did I ask for. So they gave me a partial refund. The overall experience to get the order corrected and then being blamed for their mistake just blows my mind. I work in Customer service. I know how important it is to be polite to the ppl serving you. I make an effort to be polite to people I don’t know. I’m not sure what was going on with her that day, but I hope she finds a job that better suits...
Read moreThis is the first time I’ve ever written a review of a restaurant, but the service I received here was SO HORRIBLE that I had to warn others. If I could give this trash place zero stars I would. The owner of this location is not only absolutely disgusting as a person, but she exhibited the poorest quality customer service that I’ve ever had the displeasure of experiencing in my entire life.
I was charged for both my order AND the person behind me in line. After I saw the discrepancy on my receipt and asked for them to redo the transaction correctly, the owner (with the ugliest snarky tone) told me that they don’t do refunds no matter the circumstance and that if I want my money back I should go find the guy that was behind me in line and ask him to pay me. I’m not Sherlock freakin Holmes, I’m not going to go hunt down some stranger to get my money back.
I later asked her if there was anyone else I could speak with (hopefully someone with more sense) she just smiled, shrugged her shoulder and said “well I’m the Owner so I guess the answer is no” then she told me to have a good day and dismissed me.
I see why there are so many bad reviews of this location. I love Baskin Robbins, but if they care about their brand image they shouldn’t let incompetent people like her own...
Read moreJust walked into this Baskin Robins and ordered a kid size double scoop ice cream. As I walked Out the store literally still on the side walk my first scoop fell to the ground. I walked back inside to see if I could get another scoop considering I had just paid $8.00. Manager on duty, John, told me I had to pay for another scoop if I wanted one since I walked outside the store. Clear my throat “excuse me do you not know what good customer service is”. Apparently he doesn’t because he insisted I pay for another scoop if I wanted It redone. Clearly he missed his customer service training and if this store trains their employees and managers like this then there is a big problem here. I’m sure you can spare another scoop to a customer that had hers fall off right outside your front door. Shame on this location. Won’t ever come...
