If you like to be left without answers about your cabinets or granite.. we’ll this is the place to call! They are very unprofessional with there store front and if you have problems with anything they will not listen to you nor the owner Ismail will never return your calls. I had a very bad experience with this people and regret ordering my cabinets and granite with them. The ladies at the office have no control over anything you order so everything is done through Ismael. They call Ismael and he doesn’t even answer his own employees much less the customers. I would send him text messages and call him and not once did he reply or call me back. The one time he answered the phone he said he’d call me back and never heard from him so when I called back about 2 hours later he was gone. I just got my ordered solved since January 10th which should only have taken 3 weeks to complete and it took about 7 weeks to complete. Always One thing after another.. they had the wrong color of granite, then the granite was cracked (they left and didn’t care to mention that it was cracked), missing another piece.. on and on and on. We were originally quite happy with these guys; our cabinets arrived early, prices were good. We paid for them to assemble them and then we picked them up. After we got someone to install them for us, we started noticing all of the problems. The open wnd shelf on the upper cabinets has crooked shelves, so anything displayed looks tilted. When I asked them about it they didn’t even apologize for the trouble, just said they couldn’t do anything. And as we’ve been using the cabinets and installing rev a shelf contraptions in some of the cabinets, we’ve noticed more and more what a poor job they did in assembling them. No wood glue was used to secure pieces, screws that cracked the bottom of a drawer, and it’s becoming a headache. We ordered and picked up in San Antonio after traveling almost 5 hours to get there. The cabinets I selected were beautiful. After 3 trips to San Antonio got the last of my cabinets and when we got home for the contractors to put up, they were crooked and the wood was split.
