Greetings All,
Today I visited this location for the first time and most likely it will be the last time, but here are some facts that I will leave so that you all are not scammed. A friend of mines who works in the food services industry informed me to pay attention to the portions/serving sizes when ordering food, because what many restaurants are doing now, is cutting back on portion sizes while charging customers the same price or more money. With this being said, I noticed that the server was shorting me on the portion of rice, and immediately addressed the server, and he added more rice after I asked him if he thought he was feeding a child. Secondly, I ordered steak, the server sprinkled as little steak as possible and I also addressed this, to which the server provided a fair serving size for the dollar value of the meal. I addressed Hannah Garcia who happens to be the General Manager of this location, "I don't know how" and she seems to have a very smart mouth on her. I literally had to ask her if she listens to the customer feedback as she persistently talked over me while I was relaying feedback. Long story short, pay attention to the portion sizes, because they are shorting customers protein portions while charging full price. Also, I'm not sure how Hannah Garcia was chosen to be a General Manager, but I highly doubt she's qualified based on my experience with her ability to accept customer feedback. The young man on the cash register was very respectful, maybe you should promote him to management. I had other military members in line with me and even they were taken back by Hannah Garcia's snarky remarks, and body language, as she decided to laugh with another coworker about the matter. Well to all my military folks out there, pay attention to your portion sizes, and don't accept being short changed. I guess it's funny to the General Manager "Hannah Garcia" when a customer stands up for their rights to a proper product...
Read moreI will NEVER come back to this location. I have never thrown my food away from Chipotle until today. They are understaffed for sure, but you can tell the staff does not care about their job. The line worker was mixing foods together, like she scooped the carne asada && dumped almost half that scoop into the tray the chicken is in.. didn't take it out or even give that bowl she was making more to make up for what was lost. Instead she attempts to put it into my chicken bowl but caught the disgusted face I had && said "oops" then proceeds to pick it out && toss it back into the carne asada tray. It was 4pm && they were low on everything && out of vinegarette. They don't break up their rice well so you have whole balls of rice at the bottom of your bowl. I found something, in my bowl, so burnt it was unidentifiable. Not a smile on anyone's face, customers or staff. They didn't have the music playing so it was awkwardly silent plus the sounds of all the clattering the line worker was making tossing the spoons around. There was a lady waiting at the take out area before I had even arrived && she was there for at least 25 mins while I was there waiting for an order. There were 3 workers while I was in line, one on take out, one on the line/cashier && one on the grill. Again, it is 4pm && the line is stacking for both take out && dine in. While I was in there eating I noticed the manager finally came out from the back && one of the first things he did was grab a tray of new beans && dump it into the old ones that were on the line. I use to work at Chipotle && THAT IS NOT what I was taught. He was suppose to put the fresh ones out && then put the old ones on top of the new beans. Not vice versa. Avoid this location by any means necessary! Also if you are getting delivery from this location, they only give you half a scoop of protein. I saw the "take out specialist" skimping out on every single bowl or...
Read moreavoid this location at all costs. everyone is new and looks around like they are deer in head lights. I placed an online order to be ready at 7:20 when i walked in they were busy I totally understand i am in customer service. What made me mad was I stood there for 15 mins and watched the manager (dark hair dark eyeliner) only focusing on closing out her shift so she could leave. The girl at the cashier was clueless the girl doing mobile orders was new and the only one doing anything I felt bad for her the whole time she’s working as her manager is chit chatting and training employees during a dinner rush so she could leave. After 15 minutes she asked what I was waiting for I told her i was stared at for 15 mins without her or her team even acknowledging me or any of the other 5 customers waiting. Get better management if you can’t do a simple job of checking in on a customer or helping your team during a dinner rush. She finally told me they were out of white rice like ok why wouldn’t you say that the second you knew instead ALL those girls stood around chatting and walking in circles. I finally had to say give me brown rice I couldn’t stand watching such poor management and customer service any longer. i will drive 10000 miles further to another chipotle than come here. not to mention the trash on the floor was not...
