Everyone loves these cakes, myself included. Yes, it's Mother's Day weekend and they are extremely busy. With that said, we were patient and waited the 1 hour as cars wrapped around the building only to be put in a parking spot to again wait. Eventually someone will come to your car to write your name down and then go find your order. (Why they didn't just give you the order as you pull up is beyond me. I think the drive thru manage from Chick Fil A could be of some use here.) Finally, they bring my 2 cakes to my car. Seriously?? They are not even what I ordered. I discuss it with the person who brought it to me and he tells me he is just a volunteer and has no clue. Another person comes to help and she takes it back inside to exchange it for the correct one. She then comes back out and tells me that the Manager says that they must have given my order away or they must not really have had what was on their website and they don't have what I ordered. Then, looking at the cakes, it looks like a 5 year old put these together. They don't look professional or even close to the $30+ each I paid for them. I will not rely on this company for special occasions any longer.
