Of course being older and a father, our kids have been enjoying this place since it has opened and always kept telling Mom and Dad about the cauliflower pizza! Well I finally got off the couch last night and took my youngest son to go enjoy a pizza that was fantastic! My son told me it's like a Subway in which you can pick the crust and also all the toppings that will follow to enhance your pizza experience here at Mod. I only did we enjoy the environment about 8:30 to 9:00 p.m. is when we showed up, but the staff was super friendly. They do offer of course sweet tea unsweet tea, and your fountain drinks and other tasty beverages for both adults and the little ones. For me it was a fantastic experience I definitely would return as I am diabetic and I appreciate that they asked me at the counter if I have preference or dietary concerns due to which pizza I ordered. And anyone who cares about my health besides my family and my wife, deserves five stars if you ask me! Thanks to the staff again for a wonderful and pleasant evening out with our boy!

Pizza was okay. Kinda disappointed in the fact that I ordered their value meal that includes a drink, which they wrote on the ticket, and I noticed on my ticket they charged for 2 drinks. I called to ask about it and see if they could just refund the money they charged. They guy in the phone was informed me that I had to tell them I wanted the value meal, even though I already did that when I placed the order. He told me their was nothing he could do since I didn’t inform the person checking me out. I’m not pressed about the $6 they charged for 2 drinks, what I am pressed about is how it was made to seem it was my responsibility to let them know again about something on their menu. Especially when it was clarified and written down at the start of my order. If I could compare my experience to something, it would have to be getting a frozen pizza from Walmart then getting scolded for not checking myself out correctly. When I pay for something, I am paying for you to understand how your menu and your process works.

Mobile ordering needs work. First time I ordered I had to wait because a family of Karen’s couldn’t wait for the worker to box up pizzas and then pick up. They hogged up the pickup counter until worker boxed up every one of their pizzas which were still coming out of oven.. 15 minutes later I asked for my order and it was ready to go in a box in the back cold. 2nd order they couldn't find my order because apparently the system holds order until 15 minutes before promised time. So people were going in and coming out with their order before me when I placed mobile order 22 minutes before they even arrived. Pic shows not in system until 5:15 when I placed order at 4:53. So I could've just walked in and ordered and it would've been faster than mobile ordering.

My recent experience with a pizza order has left me severely disappointed and frustrated. Upon arrival at the restaurant, I was informed that my order had been given to the wrong guest. Although the staff assured me that they would replace the meal promptly, this promise was soon broken when my meal was mistakenly given away again after it had been placed in the oven.

Eventually, my order was provided once more, but to my dismay, it was plated for dining in, despite my explicit request for it to be taken to-go. This level of incompetence was simply unacceptable. To add insult to injury, the pizza itself was badly burnt, rendering it inedible. Frustrated and dissatisfied, I immediately discarded the drink that had been included in the order.

As a regular customer of this establishment, I had always expected more from their service. However, this recent experience has left me with little confidence in their abilities. The fact that they were unable to handle such a simple task as a pizza order accurately and efficiently is a clear indication that their staff lacks proper training in customer service.

Considering the high prices charged at this establishment, I find it unacceptable that they fail to invest in additional training for their staff. As a result, I have made the decision to not only withhold any further patronage, but also to share my negative experience with others. If possible, I would rate this experience with zero stars as a reflection of the complete lack of professionalism and customer care demonstrated by this establishment. A higher standard must be upheld, especially when customers choose to dine...

If I could give zero stars I would. My sister, her kids and myself came in to eat some food after shopping. The boy who was wearing a green shirt with glasses and the red hat was very rude and seemed frustrated because we were ordering 3 build your own mods plus another mod pizza, bread sticks and a salad. He was making comments like oh god and huffing and puffing making all our stuff. It took about 14 minutes just to make the pizzas, salad, and breadsticks. 3-4 other orders were made and cashed out before the salad was even finished. The only nice ones working that station was the girl with the black bandana on her head. The girl wearing the blue shirt with glasses I’m not sure if she was new but she was also nice trying to help us make the food. I walked over to pay and I was paying with cash. I had a dime in my hand instead of taking the cash with the dime he snatched the money from my hand and had to ask another worker how to pay with cash. That worker said oh just out of $86? I said no the dime is on the counter he snatched the money from my hand and didn’t take the dime. There was also a heavy set guy with a hat just standing there staring at my sister. This experience was unwelcoming and I lost my appetite. If this is how this location reacts to large orders we will gladly take our $86 and go to somewhere who treats their customers with respect and...

I arrived at 8:20pm which may have been part of the issue. Half the topping prep containers removed. It looked as if they were trying to pre-close and get out ASAP. The person who took my order mumbled quickly as he took my order and I mean quick. There was a wrinkled sheet of paper that had the words "no straws" written on it. The tables were all full of crumbs. So we decide to go outside but opted to come back in because of the flies which weren't the stores fault. I do leave a casj tip because I started my working career as a waiter and I know what it's like. But it was certainly a farewell tip. I used to live this place, but I will not be back. I do not blame any of the employees. There were 4 people on the clock but only 1 was prepping pizzas and 1 on the register. This is the result of poor management because the employees were so comfortable with condition of the restaurant, that two people were actually in the back of the store, probably on the clock, but were not helping the customers, as we were all standing a long line. They were comfortable with the store being this way, because they've probably gotten away with it previously. That is totally on management, not the employees. They were all younger and still in need of stronger leadership. My advice. Continue to go there, but get in and out by 8pm. You may have a totally...
