Food: 4.5/5 yummilicious…. For me, it was bit oily, like a bread was soaked in oil in CW MOLLETE, however it had some spice in it which I loved. FRENCH OMELETTE was yummy. CHOCOLATE CROISSANT lack enough chocolate, it was very fresh but buttery. I love their French press but my husband didn’t love his cappuccino. SERVICE: 5/5 I just love their service. You just sit wherever you like, go to the counter and order your food, they’ll bring your food in your table. We didn’t wait much except for cappuccino. It was a fast and easy service. They have high chair. ATMOSPHERE: 5/5 there’s outdoor as well as indoor. Right outside the restaurant is beautiful park and playground. Wheelchair: For wheelchair it’s a bit crowded to order indoor at the counter. PARKING: 3/5 there’s a limited free street parking which is very difficult to get. Right next to this restaurant, there’s a parking garage, first 30 min free then $2/ 30 min. NOTE: Hemisfair park is best for the children. There’s fountain for the children. Their MOET mimosa is expensive. They have price menu right next to the ordering counter.

Cute place, but overall such a let down. I found this place on yelp. I was soo excited to try their pastries (they looked delicious in the pictures), but they were full of BUGS!!! It was so gross, we told the cashier and he looked so annoyed. He just cracked it open a little so the flies/bugs would get out and proceeded to take our order. Umm, what??? Against my better judgment, my husband and I still ordered coffees since we had driven so far just to get to this place. We got 2 iced lattes (1 sin nombre, 1 salted caramel) and it took 10+ mins just for that! BTW, nobody else had ordered anything, the only other people in the lobby or patio were there before us and on their laptops. So, there was no reason for it to take that long. The coffees had way too much milk, and they were nothing special. Overall I cannot recommend this place. The service was HORRIBLE & SLOW, food was covered in FLIES, and the coffee was BAD. *Save your money and take your business elsewhere, I know I wish I had.*

I recently visited this coffee shop and was very disappointed with the experience. First of all, the staff was incredibly rude. When I asked for recommendations, the response I got was shocking: "I've been working for so long, I don't like recommending anything." There was absolutely no friendliness, as if the person hated their job and had no interest in being there. On top of that, the overall cleanliness was poor. The outside tables looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks, with dirt and debris everywhere. As a fellow business owner, I know you can do better than this. It's really disheartening to see a place with potential let things like service and cleanliness slip so badly. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back. Please train your front desk cashier to have a friendlier tone. They are the forefront of your business for your customers. A friendly face can definitely have a massive impact to your business.

We visited here during a short trip to San Antonio. My husband and I wanted to grab brunch with our kids. The line wrapped around the building so that was a bummer but to be expected on the weekend. The employees were very nice and obviously working extremely hard. The food was delicious(crepe, egg sandwich, croissants) and the coffee was perfect.

There are not a lot of spots to sit inside the building so they become a bit of a hot commodity. We got lucky and grabbed a table right after we ordered. It was filthy because the prior diners didn't clean up after themselves. I cleaned it up and put the dishes up. When the couple at the table next to us were done eating they left their dishes as well. The new diners stacked the dirty dishes and put them on the floor, then she tried sitting them in her lap(yuck). Then realized that was a bad idea and plopped them in the windowsill. I thought for sure she was going to attempt to fit them in her purse at some point. I really think it would make more sense to put the dirty dish cart in a more conspicuous place when the restaurant is busy. Not everyone can spot it in the little hallway. Perhaps people would be more motivated to utilize the cart if they saw it. Or, perhaps people are just inconsiderate and don't care if they leave their mess. I just dont think it's fair to leave your dirty dishes for the employees to clean up or the diners that eat after you. So, if you are reading this and thinking about dining at this lovely establishment on a busy weekend please clean up after yourself before you leave. I'm assuming on slow days you can leave your dishes but be considerate if it's...

Came in on Sunday Father’s Day to be exact. Ordered a honey lavender Matcha latte. Waited over 10 minutes for my drink. There was no one else in line ahead of me or behind me. They gave me a number and said that they would bring it out to me. I finally went up to the counter after waiting 10 min & Saw a Matcha latte on the counter and then employees proceeded to say who checked off the Matcha latte. While she asked a few people if they checked off the order as if it was already completed and handed off to Me everyone said no. Then she proceeded to make my Latte and I’m pretty sure that the Matcha latte that was sitting on the counter was mine but it was checked off so an employee started to drink it because I already had a straw in it. ..Horrible customer service would not recommend. No one took accountability for marking off the Matcha latte from their computer system, as already given to the customer. Instead -they just made me wait. Until I came up to them and said I was waiting for the latte. I would definitely never go back again rude customer service in my opinion.

Matcha was a honey lavender and had no honey or lavender flavor!!!! Just plain matcha. I didn’t pay the extra for the up charge of flavor for it to taste bland with no flavor!!!!! SMH a horrible experience!

Since they gave me a number and said they would bring it out to me. We waited at an empty table. Almost all other tables were dirty and the floor covered in food. An employee was sitting down drinking a drink, one started to come clean about 19 min after being there and overall a small tight space that...

I waited 20 minutes for 2 shots of espresso. I sat outside waiting because they give you a number because it apparently takes 20 minutes now to brew 2 shots and the first table I sat was full of ants and the one next to me had crows on it eating leftovers from plates that they didn’t bother picking up. I very quickly gave up and went back inside because I thought “it can’t take that long for my coffee” and that’s where I witnessed one of the most bizarre behaviors I’ve ever seen in a coffee shop. I’ve never seen a place “acting” busy. They were not at all busy but they were behaving as if they were. They had as many people working there as they had customers and yet they were running around as if the place was full. The guys who were taking order they would randomly just leave the till and go serve food and then a different person would show up and do the same thing. While I waited there and observed this I saw 3 groups of people giving up waiting for someone to show up to take their order and ended up leaving . I honestly thought I should leave too and go somewhere else and get coffee. I made the mistake to ask how much linger for my coffee and one of the guys there gave me a very rude answer as if I was unreasonable to be asking why it’s taking so long(I had to...
