** Edit to add - June 2018. I’ve lived here for 4 months and their service has gotten better. It doesn’t take a god awful amount of time to receive your order and I have made complaints to Dominoes Corporate which made this Dominoes fix their wrongs. First, their workers were wreckless with cutting cookie brownies. Not a huge deal, but it was very annoying to get a dessert that look like it was cooked on a sideways shopping cart and cut with a spoon handle. Now, it’s cut great and I don’t really have any problems with this location at all. They’ve messed up and order, but gave me that exact order for free - as long as I told them. I still order from this restaurant and get it for delivery. They’re human and are allowed mistakes, we just have to communicate and try to get to the problem - which is seems they have. I’ll continue to order delivery, they still have my business!
If I could give no stars, I would. I just moved here two weeks ago and I live 2 miles away from this store. The first time I ordered was a Sunday at 6pm and it took 2 hours for my medium pizza, cookie brownie, and garlic twists to get to my house. TWO HOURS. I figured I’d give them another chance. Today, I made an order at 3:20pm. So far, it’s been an hour and it’s JUST hit the oven based off the dominos tracker. It’s 4:25pm! Who knows when it’ll be here. I’m so disappointed in Dominoes. I really wish the service wasn’t so crappy. It seems going into the store is the winner, but I don’t have time of energy to sit and wait in store with a 3 month old....
Read moreAbsolutely horrible I see that the record for this store is bad when it comes to the ratings for a reason this GM accused me of lying when I told him the app wasn't working amd I still wanted my points for the order amd he said it was working by God it was not working and then he hung up in me whenever i informed him the past pizza sauce was incorrect as well all I asked for was my points he refused saying I had no points bc it was smworking online that night and may e it was bc it was close to closing time amd he also refused to let me use any coupon for the order over the phone absolutely rude like I was bothering him then and now amd just dismissed me as some two bit liar when I've ordered more than plenty of times with the store as a good customer treated very ugly and did not care one bit about his mistakes amd lies only accusing me wrongly and denying any mistake on his part worst customer service I've ever had from a place complete disregard for anyone who has been treated unfairly or incorrectly by himself power of the GM has gone to his head amd now he can get away with treati g customers poor since he is the GM Noone will question him so everyone else is wrong who all say the same things ... Disappointing dominos used to be so great my number one pick now I'm deleting the app and going to pizza...

Placed this order online through the app. “Nick” even called to confirm my address yet no delivery was made. When contacting the store, they assured it had been delivered. The dominos tracker notified me that the driver “Nick” was arriving. I stood outside and yet no pizza. When confirming with the store, they repeatedly told me it was delivered.
I highly suggest you guys don’t put a girl who stutters every 2 seconds to answer the phone and take orders. Her attitude is horrible. I also highly suggest that the “General Manager” Nick not call paying customers liars when he failed to deliver to the correct address (again after confirming). My neighbor 6 houses down said thanks for the free pizza. After redelivery, this so called General Manager Nick doesn’t even have the decency to deliver the pizza himself.
