Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in San Antonio

Real shame. I love Dominoes as a brand. Favorite Pizza for consumers. However this branch is just so inconsistent with deliveries. I work till late weekend nights. About half of my orders never come, even when the app says "delivered". I give clear instructions and apartment numbers, but somehow they either drop it off at the office (even if I give gate codes) or just not deliver it at all. I was told they accidently dropped it off at my neighbors, only for me to ask my neighbors if they accidentally got a pizza (not a fan of stealing, but hey a pizza at your door is just that). Thankfully got a refund, but its becoming more and more apparent this location just drops it off at whatever is convenient. I even did a double check to all the other complexes (yep, all three floors) and couldn't find it. Listen I know sometimes there's a glitch or two in the process, but its happened so many times, I'm wondering if they even check the address at this point. Pay your ppl better, or send ppl back for training. I love Dominoes, but this location is...

For the love of all that is holy DO NO ORDER THE WINGS. Just them being on the menu is a crime against humanity. I've had some poor wings, from some shady places. But without a doubt in my fat guy soul, these are the worst wings I've ever had. Garlic parm to be specific. I swear it was watered down mayo and some sprinkled cheese with garlic powder. Wings are soggy and gross to even look at. I was so disappointed I immediately threw them in the outside trash without hesitation. And I'm a professional fat guy who hasn't eaten all day.

Other than that, pizza was fantastic. Parmesean bread bites absolutely incredible. Definitely going back, staff is also great. The delivery guy, black dude sorry I don't remember your name, was quick and generally a cool dude. The wings were so bad I genuinely don't Want to go above 1 star but everything else was...

The pizza is dependable and not bad and the drivers seem very nice but it takes VERY LONG -- I've been waiting 25 minutes this time and my pizza is still "in prep". I've waited over an hour and over 30 minutes after it indicates it's "out for delivery" even though the store is only about 5 minutes from my house. Don't try to call and find out what's going on-- no one will answer. So Garret Shantz, I've now been on hold almost 8 minutes listening to your very annoying ad on a continuous loop and NO ONE has even picked up the phone. Meanwhile, it's now been 36 minutes since I ordered. Update: I spoke with Garrett after 13 minutes on hold -- he blamed "corporate" for their challenges due to "National Pizza Day". He also assured me that my pizza had just left the store and that that was the only delivery the driver was making. That was 20...
