tl;dr: DONT USE APPLE PAY JUST IN CASE THEY MESS UP AND YOU NEED A REFUND!! Heather is nice and the other manager is rude.
I ordered on November 13th, they got all three of my pizzas wrong. I wouldn't have minded but when I called I was on hold for over 40 minutes. I complained and received a call from the manager, Heather on the 18th. I missed her call but called back. When I did a very rude person answered and said Heather was too busy. I said it was fine and called back the next day. When I did, Heather answered and apologized. She was very helpful and tried giving me a refund but since I paid through apple pay she said I had to contact apple to give me a card number, even though I had the card I paid through apple pay with. When I contacted apple they told me that Dominos could only do the refund. I called Heather the next day but she was out. The manager on duty that day answered the phone and was extremely rude. I explained to him what apple said and he got defensive and irritated with me stating "Well there nothing we can do. You can either contact your bank or I can give you store credit so we can stop playing phone games" I would have been completely fine with the pizza being remade or even a store credit but he was beyond rude and aggressive toward me when I wasn't even upset until this point when were talking. I order Domino's once a week and have never received this type of customer service. I will no longer be ordering for this establishment. I told him to have Heather call me and this was last week on either the 23rd or the 24th. I have yet to...
Read moreAbsolutely atrocious customer service at the McCullough location. As a treat my girlfriend ordered delivery to be taken to her mother's apartment, who is disabled and was recently discharged from the hospital. My girlfriend and I live on the other side of town. The driver, Johanna, decided to call my girlfriend and ask if her mother could come downstairs to receive the order because "she's afraid of heights". Upon trying to call the store and speak to a manager, I was told by a young man "yea we're busy but I'll try to get my manager", left on hold and eventually hung up. Is this common practice? If you're scared of heights to the point where you can't be on a 2nd floor apartment and up one set of steps, why are you employed as a delivery driver Johanna? What if you have to drive across a bridge? Or was it sheer laziness and you just not wanting to take the extra step to provide decent...
Read morePizza was made inaccurately and gooey raw. The delivery driver arrived only after calling me 3 times for directions and arguing with me asking if I'm by landmark's I dont know. I gave the address....... When he arrived he left the pizza in the car and started to search the apt building for an address shining a flashlight at my neighbors front windows near midnight. My address isnt any harder than any other house In olmos park and it's on a corner. I had to tell him to stop and ask for my pizza.
I called immediate after looking at the pizza and the manager refused to come to the phone. I did not want the pizza I wanted a refund. I will never order from this spot again.
I basically wasted around an hour of my time talking to this guy and going outside to look for him. The man can't follow directions. And I end up...
