If i could give 0 stars i would . Customer service is down hill this has happened to me twice out of the 3 times ive been there i wait 10-15 minutes to place my order and i end up having to leave . Yesterday i went to go buy a small coffee inside . There was a couple and it seemed to be they knew the staff they talked for a good 13 minutes and i still havent got to place my order , the staff then began to throw papers (seeing if he could make it into the trashcan by the door near me not even worried if he was gonna hit me) so i waited a little longer just incase he was ready to take my order and stop chatting with other people . He gave me eye contact then looked away . Didnt ask me if i needed help didnt even acknowledge me so i got fed up and as soon as i walk out the door he decided to say ā byeeeeā very sarcastically . You gave me no Service , you gave your friends free donuts .. and i waited 15 minutes just to leave . This is unexpected especially for a 1 dollar coffee . I didnt get his name because i had to be back at work took my whole break there to leave empty handed and this has happend...

After another employee took my order, she asked that employee to go to the drive through window. She could have prepared my order, but she didnāt. Instead, she took the order of the white man who came in after me and prepared his drink immediately. I had to wait for the employee who took my order to return from the drive through window and prepared my drinks. The guy came after me got his drink and left. My children and I were still waiting. I told Amanda that she purposefully skipped my order. She denied. The moment I walked out of the door, she said āI will purposefully skip your order next time.ā My 14-year-old daughter, who was yet out of the door, heard that. So did the employee who was there. I confirmed with them when I went back to the store to complain. There will be no next time. I will not return to that store. This is blatant discrimination again...

It seems like the crew working the 7:45am shift on 11/7/2018 needs a lot more training to be prepared for the morning rush. I am very observative by nature and the slow service allowed me to notice a few issues, specially in a small place like this location. The gentleman in front of me couldn't get hashbrowns because they were out... the following lady couldn't get a muffin because they were also out. The guy at the drive through got a FREE coffee because they couldn't break $100 bill...the lady at the register although very friendly is doing multiple things giving you the impression she's not paying attention to the customer. I didn't get the bold coffee I wanted because they hadn't brewed any or ran out. As a franchise owner I would be extremely disappointed and looking for ways to improve.
