I don't like giving negative reviews, but this one really took the cake today. I just left this place and will start by saying that I waited in line inside for about 10 minutes. I was standing behind a woman at the cash register who had a rather large order. The entire time the staff never bothered to acknowledge who was coming in. Along came a family who went straight to the ice cream display and they immediately got served, overlooking the fact that I had been waiting my turn in line the entire time. I called it to the attention of the person who attended us and to his credit, he apologized. The ice cream there is delicious, but they are badly lacking in customer service. It would significantly improve if management did a few things: Hire enough people to tend to the continuous flow of customers, so that trash doesn't overflow and tables are kept clean at all times. I couldn't even throw what I ate away because the trash was so backed up that there literally was no room to put anything inside and the tables were dirty and sticky. Train your coworkers to acknowledge customers when they come in. They can do or say any of the following: A. Thank you for coming, we'll be right with you. B. Apologies for the long wait, we are short staffed today, but who's next? An establishment is only as good as the people who manage it, and if you don't have enough people working at a very busy franchise, then get on the ball with hiring enough employees to cover your shifts. We pulled up and there was no one in line and no one in the store. We thought to ourselves, āUh oh, either they are out of donuts or they are restocked.ā Well, we soon found out that they were out of Munchkins and apple fritters. This literally is the third weekend in a row that we have tried to buy donuts, and couldnāt. This time I stopped at the drive thru window to ask for the manager. I spoke with Elizabeth, who claimed to be āsort of a managerā. She informed me that they were out and she was sorry. I notices 3 other workers standing behind the counter all talking and laughing. I asked why they were out and if more were being made. She told me that they would be making more soon. I asked for the office number and was told that she doesnāt know where that would be. The attitude was that she did not care one bit that they were out and there was no urgency to make more. This is a continuing problem with this Dunkin Donuts location that has been happening regardless of who is working there. We always end up going to a different donut store when we try to shop here. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered a medium latte because it was supposed to be $2 between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m., and a medium Oreo hot chocolate. I was charged $3.70 for the latte. Waited 28 minutes to receive my order. The hot chocolate was not the Oreo one that I ordered. The medium latte was in a small sized cup. I left because I did not want to wait another half hour. Very disappointed in the over-charging, the long wait, and the inaccurate order.
Separate visit review, 10/10/2022: Today I placed a mobile order for a simple iced latte. 15 minutes later, I arrived and went to the drive-through, where there was no line. I waited five minutes, and nobody said anything to me at the drive-through. During that time, an employee wearing the drive-through headset, walked right past me to take some trash out. I drove up to the drive-through window, and still nobody acknowledged me. I parked and went inside, where there was also no line. I stood at the front register for 15 minutes while the employee walked around in the back, and then took two drive-through orders.
