Heard it was better than chipotle... which isn't hard to beat but it does have more flavor. I ordered a vegetarian taco, the beans and rice came on the side which was odd. The flour tortilla was filled with all the sauces, lettuce, pepper and onions and guacamole. Very odd. I was hoping the sauces came on the side but oh well. Whatever they added was tasty. The taco was tasty. Signed up for rewards and got free chips and dip. I tried the queso which is kinda smoky/peppered( not black pepper, other peppers or chiles) It pairs well with the food but it's not my idea of addicting queso. Won't get again. The chips are fun but don't care for the heavy corn flavor or whatever that is. Goes with the unique theming of the food but nothing I'd crave once I'm back in Vegas. Worth a try if you're not vegeterian. If you are vegetarian, get the kids meal lol

The staff that waited on us made it a great experience. Very friendly, helpful, and inviting. Even if the food had not been good I would go back because of that, but the food was delicious. A Subway style selection of tortillas, beans, meats and so on gives you the opportunity to really create a unique burrito. I opted for brisket, black beans, cilantro + spanish rice mixed, sauted veggies, guacamole, and creamy jalapeno sauce. It was Yum-Eh!

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst freebirds I've ever had food from. I ordered doordash from them and they forgot to give me the queso so doordash gave me a credit and I ordered again and I called to make sure they put the queso on top so it wouldn't be forgotten and they didn't put it on there again. Don't go to this place the employees don't pay attention to what they're doing and they wasted my time and money.

Im a former Freebirds employee and have years of restaurant work experience , I didn’t work at this location but I’ve been trained in everything the same as here. First and foremost 8/10 employees are very rude, condescending, indifferent, patronizing, rushing. They make me feel like im a burden to them for asking them for food. Ive been to this location 20+ times and it’s been the same everytime. Especially today, A large gentleman with long black hair, decided to become very very rude. I was confused about an extra that i didn't know of and i asked about it and i was confused how it was an extra when other times it’s wasn’t, I said I’ve worked here before and never heard of it being an extra. He said “I’ve worked here too” and started an angry stare off with me. I just said “ok” then he proceeds to not put my large queso in the bag and has me pay for it. Didn’t realize this till i had gotten home. Needless to say i didn't want to sound rude but i was genuinely confused but he decided just to go straight to defense mode. I wasn’t trying to get special privileges for being a former employee i just wanted to know for my future orders. But needless to say i will not be supporting this freebirds location anymore, and i will urge others in my church to avoid it as well. Im sure they will not care about this review but the more people that i can recommend to not support here is a win for me. Thanks for being...

I went there for your new or your limited time brisket burrito. I got the regular size so it was around $13. I wanted a little bit of chips and queso. But your small sizes literally a ketchup cup at places that let you pump the ketchup into that white cup. So you may only get two to three chips in there before you're empty. So you're really forced to buy the large that's why they do this. And I got a drink. He says he couldn't find my receipt but after that we're talking $28 for a burrito some chips and queso and a drink! If that's the price I can guarantee this will be the last time I ever come to Freebirds. Somehow I think I was overcharged that's why they couldn't produce my receipt. And the guy who made my burrito and charged me it has an absolute terrible attitude with customers. You can tell he was put off when I'd ask questions didn't want to answer them wouldn't even make eye contact. So if somebody sees this and you tell me that my order was correct at that price please let me know so that I know not to come back to this place cuz to tell you the truth your food's not that great. I came in quickly to get it bite to eat before I headed back out. That's the only reason why I...

Previously I would of given Freebirds a 5/5 review but after today having a burrito and finding out that the habanero sauce had been changed and saw how water downed the sauce looked after being put on my burrito I was shocked. Not only did the taste of it not match to what it used to be, but because it was so watered down as I was eating my burrito it started to all accumulate to the bottom of my burrito into a pool inside the aluminum foil. Which in the end made me stop eating the last half of my burrito because it was completely soggy and pretty much inedible. Also while I was getting my burrito made a fellow employee at Freebirds agreed with me on changing the sauce was a bad move on their part. I don't know if it was a cutting financial move but in my opinion it did more harm than good from a customer's viewpoint. Because of this disappointing experience at Freebirds, which was one of my favorite places to eat at, I will most likely stop going until they either bring back the original habanero hot sauce or they revise the existing version to be edible without ruining...
