I did not receive a ticket for my purchase but the time was around 8:40-9:00 pm. I have been going to this location for two years now and I had never had any problems. Tonight however I was extremely disappointed. A guy name Christopher who was the first person we spoke to was rude. He asked my husband what we wanted on the first and second plate and he told him. Then when he was serving the second plate he asked my husband again and my husband repeated our order,and Christopher rudely said “So no orange chicken? Because when I asked you the first time you said yes sooo” and my husband said “yes on the first plate not the second.” I told my husband “That was so rude!” And Christopher said absolutely nothing. We proceeded to pay for our order and my husband asked me if I wanted an egg roll and I said “ I do but they haven’t asked us because they’re busy” I only said this to my husband discreetly and the cashier Stefani said to me “You know ma’am when we don’t ask you can simply tell us” She then give us the egg roll on a plate when we had asked for a to go order. So my husband reminded her and she give us two tops to put on our plates. Then my husband had to ask her for a bag for our egg roll. Then we had to ask her for a plastic bag to put our things. And the whole time she would just give us what we asked for and stand there staring at us rudely. When we told Stefani it was a to go order she should have given us all these items yet she waited for us to ask for each item while everyone behind us was waiting in line. It was so embarrassing! After we payed she said “Have the most wonderful night ma’am” with a sarcastic tone. We asked to speak for a manager and they said the manager had left and had put Stefani and Christopher in charge. Read moreObjectively, this location is poorly managed in the evenings. The staff are not the most attentive (though polite when they finally provide you service).
Tonight I entered the store, which I usually do because though there's a drive thru, it's poorly conceived not doesn't appear to fast moving.
I was asked if I'm here to pick up and I answered "no, takeout", to which I was responded "sorry, drive thru or pick-up only". Ok, maybe there's something wrong, but I'll play ball since I was in the mood for Chinese. I go to the drive thru and it's just not moving. We appear to be 5 minutes at minimum between advancing one car spot ahead.
Personally, I don't feel a drive thru is efficient if it isn't moving quickly, especially considering the fuel burning impact. I'd rather minimize my exhaust pollution by getting on my feet and entering the store. So yeah, after witnessing this, I went ahead and just drove off. I'm not desperately in the mood and just took my business elsewhere.
I don't need too many poor experiences to know that this establishment doesn't deserve my business long term. The next time I want fast Chinese, I'll just place an order with nearby dine-in competitors like Wok Inn or Pei Wei, because there's just no real benefit to coming to this location for the time spent and price point.
Suggestion: It might be worth staffing a manager in the evenings and if there is one, then staffing a better manager focused on improving overall order fulfillment speed. Either way, this is not my concern anymore as my...
Read moreThe meal we ordered from this panda was unacceptable... We got delivery through their app (heads up they use door dash for delivery) and it arrived 20 mins late, cold, and wrong... My husband and I were so disappointed... We had been craving panda all day long and were willing to wait the hour long wait time to get it delivered so that we didn't have to get a Lyft ride out there and back and deal with that whole hassle... Oh if I would have known what we were going to go through this night, I would have rather have just taken the ride out there... Our order was completely jacked up, they didn't add any sauces (soy, sweet and sour, spicy mustard, nor teriyaki sauce), it was late, cold, and mushy goop... My husband tried so hard to save it by heating it up in the microwave, but without any luck at all... There's only so much you can do when you're working with cold mushy goop... We had ordered their large egg roll appetizer (6 egg rolls)... How is anyone supposed to eat an egg roll with out ANY sauce?! They don't... Those cold as ice sticks all went straight into the trash... The only redeeming factor about anything is that their customer service responded to my strongly worded email promptly asking for a picture of the receipt... Panda seriously? Up your customer service game! This is ridiculous! We didn't even get a receipt with our order! Omg... Such a bad experience... Stay away...
