Came to this location for my birthday, bad mistake. Nicole the bartender was rude and short. When she asked for drinks, I ordered a wine bottle and bread to start she said things like "You gotta pay for the bread!." *while rolling her eyes.* then she came back and said "Give me your large plates since you're not ordering any food." I never said I WASN'T GOING TO ORDER FOOD and SHE NEVER ASKED EITHER! I ordered a Don THEN the pizza comes charred on the outside and raw on the inside a miracle to modern science! I only ate the peperonis. Nicole then picked up our charred pizza (pic below) and we saw her laughing with the long haired mgr while making it obvious pointing at us only 4 other customers in the restaurant. It was pretty rude and obvious. Nicole then said we could put you on a customer escalation wait list. I said no. The mgr then came up and apologized and offered a free togo pizza. However, I saw them laughing, pointing at us, being unprofessional etc. I don't want your pizza! I have a nasty charred taste down my throat just from eating only the pepperoni. Disgusting place with hood service. I have been spoiled by my neighborhood TPC location. The smell alone from the charred pizza is still stuck in our brain! Nicole and the mgr need get over themselves! So conceded and stuck up while making customers uncomfortable! I've eaten Grimaldis in 9 states and this was by the worst! Happy Birthday to me!

Wow! I'm speechless, came in at around 9pm and they are not busy! Got seated immediately but waited at the table for about 10 min before our waiter came. Ordered 4 waters and 2 wines and a Dr pepper. 15 min later we get our drinks. We order 2 pizza's, one 16" and one 18", pizza comes out and both are 16". When I ask about it they send the manager over. She says "sorry the dough came out smaller than it's supposed to be but I will give you a free cheesecake"...?? Wait what?? Just make me another pizza!! After not seeing our waiter for about 15 min I decided to get up to get my own refill and some napkins. When he finally does show back up he gives me 7 drink napkins for 5 people!! I ask to speak to the manager again and let her know my complaints, she just looks at me with a blank look on her face and says "I don't have an excuse for the lack of service but I will discount the meal"...the amount of the bill doesn't concern me it's the lack of service that gets to me!! When we finally see our waiter he says "sorry, I'm on new medication"...so, I'm assuming that is the reason why he was absent for most of my meal?? Come on, get it together, you are a restaurant in the quarry! Hopefully it was just a fluke but not giving it another chance

I BUSTED MY BEST FRIEND & MY SISTER HERE! Talk about forbidden love! How dare they come here and have some sort of secret date....well guess what...big brother showed up and made a first date into an awkward one...they sat next to the bar and were sharing what looked like a pepperoni, Italian sausage n jalapeno pizza pie...I acted surprised seeing them there and they had no choice but to invite my wife and I over....we both ate a slice out of spite and washed it down with a cold beer. Mind you I dislike any jalapenos or peppers but these had no heat thankfully.....we would've ordered something but they were closing at 10...when I showed up it was 9:48...I didn't wanna be "one of those people" ordering at closing...any who I gave them both a hard time and thanked them for the slice...I took some more awkward photos to share in the family group chat then bailed...the decor and dining area of Grimaldi's interior gave off a relaxing ambiance despite the uncomfortable situation... Wish we could go again soon to enjoy the atmosphere and other items instead of eating a slice out of spite...it was a spite slice...we want a Grimaldi's slice! See ya soon pizzamaker.... btw how dare they right!?!

The only reason this gets 2 stars is because the pizza itself was good. Here’s the experience my family had today (Sunday). First off, I have two young children who behaved very well for having to wait 45 mins to receive 1 18 inch pizza. We arrived at 1:10. Our waitress was less than pleasant. Visited our table 1 time to take our order, and didn’t show for another 15 mins to refill my husbands water. At that time, she brought the water back, with not a word on our pizza (a “your pizza is in and will be out shortly” would’ve sufficed.) after another 10 mins and no word on pizza or sign of our waitress, my husbands decides to go ask for a carafe of water from the bar. Another 10 mins and no sign of our waitress or pizza. At this point it was 1:46 ask for a manager to visit our table. The manager shows shortly after and my husband asks is there a backup in the kitchen because we have been waiting approx 35 mins for 1 simple pepperoni pizza. The manager says “really? I mean our kitchen is a bit backed up because there’s someone new trying to figure out the oven but nothing out of the ordinary”. I was appalled and said- well can you check on our pizza please?. The manager did not offer one simple apology, not even a “I’m so sorry you’ve waited this long let me figure out what’s going on”. The manager did not come back with our pizza, nor did our waitress. Another server came back with our pizza. We ate, and finished. And the manager came back and said “ hows your pizza?” My husband responded with how disappointed we were in the service and how it would’ve been nice for our waitress to visit the table even just 3 times during the process and let us know the kitchen was backed up, or the pizza was on its way. As my husband explained that we are business owners too and just want to give honest feedback about our experience the manager says “thanks” and walks away. STILL no apology. All we were looking for was a little empathy for our hungry children that arrived at 1:10 and sat for 45 agonizing minutes before the food actually came, and for a little more responsibility of the server/manager and kitchen staff to be a little more accommodating or AT LEAST VISITING OUR TABLE MORE THAN ONCE during the wait process. To put the cherry on the top- we waited an additional 10 mins with our credit card at the edge of the table waiting to pay. My husband had to get up, and go TO our server which was sitting down in a chair by the table and hand her our credit card. Whoever the manager was on staff today needs to be fired, along with the server. The managers lack of respect, empathy or even common good manners made our...

The service was absolutely terrible. The pizza was great but the service is why I’ll make sure to never to go back. I’m very disappointed because I heard such great things from coworkers. Our table ran out of drinks long before our food came out and it took nearly an hour for it to even come out. Our server never came and checked on us after taking our order. Someone else brought the food and the gentleman that brought the food helped us more than our server. When our Pizza finally came one of them was supposed to be an 18 inch not 16. The gentleman then said that his manager would be coming out to explain. We didn’t even really get an explanation as to why the pizza was smaller just a sorry that it came out a little smaller than expected and offered cheesecake. Mind you while talking to the manager none of our drinks had yet to even been filled at this point and we still had not seen our waiter. Our waiter had come back and we asked for napkins and he brought the tiniest drink napkins and only enough for 1 for each person at our table. They also didn’t bring enough plates for everyone at our table. Finally had gotten our drinks refilled but when it was out again we had to stop and ask someone else because our server still hadn’t checked on us. I think the most upsetting thing was that our server had to be told what we needed instead of checking on us and asking what we needed. They were slightly busy when we went into the restaurant 2 hours prior to closing but it wasn’t that busy so why weren’t we being checked on? Every other table around us had better service than us. We had asked to speak to the manager again and explained our frustrations and the manager just gave a blank face and couldn’t give a reason as to what was going on and said she could give us a discount and those cheesecakes. It wasn’t even about the discount or cheesecake or anything. The service shouldn’t have been that bad with just 5 of us, there was a party behind us that had better service than us. I will say it was a huge discount and again that didn’t even matter we didn’t care what we were going to pay we were just hoping for some type of explanation and better service especially after speaking to the manager already. We were supposed to get the cheesecakes and waited a while for that even so we decided to leave and as we were leaving our server brought us the cheesecakes and apologized about the service and his explanation was because he was on new medication…. I can’t even behind to fathom why on earth he would explain that to customers. TERRIBLE....

When this place opened, it could be considered thoughtful, planned, almost fine dining. Management took pride in the service and the food. And it showed. I've dined there, at this location, more times than I can count since they opened.

It has been maybe 7 months since I was last able to visit. One word to describe the service and the food: DISAPPOINTMENT

I am certain I'll never return.

Those providing wait services, bar services and the cooking can be anyone that left burger king or jack in the box yesterday. No difference. No integrity in their craft and zero experience.

The bar was run by a '13 yr old' young lady who clearly was convinced she knew everything....and is sorely mistaken. Terrible attitude and service. It was downhill from there. The alcohol we ordered is to be served chilled but so sorry, we didn't get them in the fridge so will be warm. Order something else or add ice, were our choices. Never monitored our drinks to be ready to offer a fresh one. Always had to ask. The look on the face made it clear it was a chore to wait on us .

A manager made his way there, not to ask how things were, just to chit chat with the young lady and perform some kind of bar chores for her. I had a light conversation with him to test the waters and basically he came from managing churches fried chicken or some place of the like as well .. no pride in the restaurant or the service, quick with the excuses why things were the way they were. It was disgusting. I didn't even bother.

Lastly, we ordered several simple pizzas. A '10 yr old' young man brought them out and even though we were the only two at the bar, he placed one pizza on the pizza stand, looked down the bar and saw another pizza stand 2 feet away and shrugged and slapped it on the counter. I said well there's another just there, and he said ah, don't matter, smiled and shrugged and mosied on, completely clueless. lol

It's for presentation at best and at the very least....geeeez

The pizza was AWFUL. how can you screw up a margherita pizza?? How???? The only good thing about it was the crust....cause it HAD to go into that hole in the wall! Of course it was good, but whatever had to be done further than that.....forget it. It was terrible.

I'm soooo disappointed....I always loved going there and being treated and served food that matched the bill accordingly...what a waste of...
