Arrived about 6:16pm. Place looked deserted so after 30 to 40 seconded i called out "hello?". No response. After another 2 minutes again I said in a loud voice "ding ding". No response. At about 4 minutes I called "is anyone here?". No response. At the 5 minutes mark I was about to leave when I heard someone speaking over the drive thru intercom responding to someone. Suddenly 4 or 5 employees came out from somewhere in the back. Looked at me for a few second before a young man asked "you been helped?" Had I of been an armed robber they'd of been screwed as obviously the cameras are not monitored and everyone's grouped in the back out of earshot. If I was the GM the leadership here would be reprimanded. Mistakes are part of being human, but to not have one person upfront is a serious failure of customer service and safety. The dinning lobby was not clean at all. I asked myself; "self, do you dare eat here?" So I got an inexpensive small meal which was perfectly fine. Had I of been the Mgr on duty I would have been extremely embrassed and offered the customer apologies and a $5 coupon to use right then, minimum. Some trained leadership is needed here. I went in at 8:40 and ordered the chicken bacon egg sandwich, and during my small visit there was an angry lady demanding her money back from the two Mexican ladies (one young one old). While waiting for her money, said Mexican ladies began talking mess about her in Spanish in front of her. I got my food and left. An hour later, I open my food to eat, and it's the wrong meal. Hardly upset, just hungry I return to ask for my correct sandwich at 10:00 am. They ignored me for 20 minutes before I finally just asked for my money back, they said no receipt no money back. I asked to speak with a manager, the older Mexican lady said there wasn't one. I asked for their managers number or the corporates number. She said there wasn't one. So by now 30 plus minutes have passed, I'm late for class, and both workers are ignoring me but go behind the stove and grill to talk about me in spanish. I throw their food away and decide to contact corporate myself, and put in a claim with my bank to get my money back. Jack in the box on San Pedro is the worst Establishment I've ever been to. Read moreI arrived at the drive-up window at 2:34 am on Friday morning. Employee asked if he could help me. I asked whether he had Fanta orange soda & he said yes. I ordered a Fanta orange Creamsicle Swirl drink & he said they were closed. The large neon "OPEN" sign was lit. He said they close at 2 am. I said the drive thru is open til 4 am. He pointed to open hours & said they close at 2 am. I pointed out that those were lobby hours & that the sign said open til 4 am. He said they are closed and that the hours of operation sign was wrong. I pointed that their website says they are open til 4 am. He said that was wrong too, and they're closed. So I went to the Jack on Blanco, where I got fast friendly service. I drove past the San Pedro location again at about 2:50 am and saw that the lights were on and the neon OPEN sign was still lit up. If the worker didn't want to make that drink, I would have left with a burger and a Coke, no problem.
