Walked in here 2-3-19. Ordered my 20.00 fill up. Manager informed me a few minutes wait on my chicken. No problem. As i waited in the lobby. Conversing with another employee. One of the line partners scooping food into containers(female) was being informed about certain changes in the evening . "Scooping food fresh in containers as they're being ordered. The female employee proceeded to talk loudly on how , she was not gojng to follow protocol. And guests were getting what they were getting and the upper hands were crazy thinking sh es was going to do that. After she noticed ih was there . The female employee knew shd was heard and told the front cashier employee i was talkin GB to to hand me a free drink. I refused anx requested my money back. Manager was called up to the front. Nice gentlemen, i kjndly requested a refund which he did. No questions asked. During this tkme the loud female employee starts yelling at the cook . That guy upfront want his money back cus he dont feel like waiting. The cooks yells back at her. And she repeats herself yet again. I kindly told the manager . I wanted my refund not because of the wait. But due to the nature of makjng me second guess the freshness of the sides that came with my meal . Which the female employee was hesitant to scoop and givd me an old container. Which again she repeats loudly again im wsntjng a refund due to me not waiting. I own a business myself my employees do not ever speak out of context as this. Especially in the presence of guests. Read moreMight have not gotten what I wanted. I went in today to get mark the "Georgia Gold" chicken off the list and did so. I went in to get a 3 strip basket and when I got ready to eat it, it looked a little bit red for what I would have thought that it would be. I also had ordered a "little Chicken" with the Georgia gold sauce and it was a light orange/yellow color. I think what had occurred it that the person making it had put a little of the Nashville sauce but realized that its supposed to be Georgia gold. I asked the cashier if she would confirm, and of course she said it was the Georgia gold, but did not really make an effort to see if it could be swapped out. Will have to try once more at another location to compare.
UPDATE: Down to one star! My findings were true. I had gone to two different KFC restaurants in the city and both of the Georgia Gold sauce were a bright golden yellow tone and not over flowing as what I assumed all along with the person making it screwing it up. Read moreI placed an online order while at work and chose drive-thru pickup to save time. When I got there, I told them I was picking up, and they told me to park out front. No big deal—until I waited over 30 minutes for my food. I ordered an 8-piece bucket meal with mashed potatoes, gravy, mac and cheese, biscuits, and two drinks.
During that time, I watched car after car go through the drive-thru and leave, including someone who looked like they ordered the exact same bucket meal and got theirs before me. I finally went inside to check, and my order had been sitting in their system for over 35 minutes. I still had to wait another 10 minutes inside before they brought it out.
What’s the point of ordering ahead if walk-ins and drive-thru orders get priority? There was zero urgency, zero communication, and absolutely no apology or explanation. I won’t be ordering from this location again unless they get their...
