KFC — Restaurant in San Antonio

Worst experience ever .my lunch break is very limited. It takes me 10 minutes to get to this store to grab a quick lunch .I placed an order in drive thru when I get to the Windows the girl says.my registers down you'll have to drive back around and order inside i said are you kidding right? The other register is right there you can't complete my order unless I come inside? Why not ? You already took 5 minutes of my time waiting for the other car to pull out ,and you want me to drive around and come inside to re-order . That does not make sence. Let me talk to the manager .Another 5 min. I'm thinking the is A customer service oriented person going to come out and say I'm sorry Let me get your order this register is down but the walk in one isn't and I can place and change your order from the other draw as I would do if you walked in. Instead I get this person whom is probably a shift manager who said he was the manager said im am not going to do that.in a matter of fact gesture . As if to say i dont need your buissness . And that my friends is why that store is probably so slow. One customer at a time.is how you loose business. KFC FYI. Bush's is growing and chick fillet and many other chicken places.Taco Bell pay attention, your customers go Thru that Window too.I will Not Ever again.If there was 1/2 STAR IN RATING I WOULD GIVE IT TO THE YOUNG LADY WHO WANTED TO DO THE RIGHT THING BUT WAS STOPPED by a piss poor so called...

Horrible horrible horrible! We were trying to decide what to get at the drive thru and the girl was trying to hurry us and getting so impatient showing attitude towards us. We ordered a kfc to go cup and 2 doritoes locos. So we pull up to the window and get our food, i immediately take a bite of one the wedges from kfc, woch in fact is one of my faves (till today). The moment i burry my teeth into the wedge its as if i had bitten into a piece of rubber...with seasoning. It was disgusting i threw in hopes that it was the only one but NOPE! ALL my wedges where hard and stiff and unedible! And dont get me started on the chicken! Those thongs were like chewing the sole of my shoes! I feel like they saved their food from yesterday and gave to people today. Disgusting. Its an embarrasment to kfc. I have traveled throughout the states and i have worked in fast food chains and been to many but this one specifically takes the cake. I know the procedure and i know how it work and folks, DO NOT WASTE...

Absolutely abysmal quality food that should not be served. Visited drive-thru and realized late that some food was missing. Called the shop, they refused to refund the missing food without me having to return to the store "because of fraud"... Pretty ironic considering that I'm the one robbed of money here... What's going back to the store going to do? Are they expecting me to show them that I never received a product? Absolutely pathetic.

When I checked the rest of the food, the fried chicken leg was horrendously disgusting. It was like some kind of soggy super low quality meat, wouldn't be surprised if it ended up being rat meat. Even though I feel damn robbed by this joint and their terrible management, I'd rather cut my losses and never visit a KFC again. I don't trust ANYTHING about this store and can't wait for it to go out...
