Disappointing Experience here from customer service to getting our items out in a timely manner. I ordered a mocha frap and a caramel macchiatto and 2 cake pops at 8:22 literally no one in the lobby 3 cars in the drive thru. Not crazy busy. I didn't get my order until 8:40 after I asked if it was coming out. They said the sticker machine was broken. But it wasn't when they did my cake pop stickers. White lies are not showing great integrity on your part. Then I sent my daughter to get a water with a $10 bill. We didn't want anything free. The lady said its against policy to give out water. She said try getting the app. My daughter came and told me so I went up there and told the lady I have money to pay for a water. She said oh we have to charge you something to get water. I said I just got 2 drinks and 2 cake pops but sure charge me whatever you have to get me a water with ice. She ended up charging me a med roast for 2.55 for iced water. All over tacky experience that should've been the easiest things. We didn't get any custom orders. The worst 30 minutes of our day for a crappy experience so its not even enjoyable to have the Starbucks. Read moreI am a regular at Starbucks. I was happy to see a new location closer to my area, yet disappointed with my order. I ordered a mango dragonfruit refresher and the after taste tasted like chemicals. I returned it and the staff immediately solved my issue. They informed me that the batch was dumped and new one was made. I was nauseous and felt ill for several hours. I returned the next day to give this location another chance hoping that it was an isolated incident. I was disappointed that my experience was the same. My husband conveyed his concerns in regards to containers and possible contamination. I hope this issue is taken seriously and resolved so that I can make it my go to spot.

Read moreI am a returning customer to this certain Starbucks. Not because I want too because might be the worst Starbucks I've ever been too. The employees are rude and dont even know how to speak with the guest. The manager has to be even worse. He didnt even acknowledge me when I was ordering and when he did he was very rude and mean. I don't know what kinda of teams you hire but this one is terrible. Ordering a simple tea which should only take maybe 2 minutes especially if you're the only person in line.
