Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in San Antonio

Went to a Little Caesars and got two pizzas one extra mostbestest and the other the deep dish, and also got cheese bread. I waited about 15 minutes for the pizza, which is not a problem. But when I asked about the crazy sauce, I was told “you didn’t order crazy sauce“. For the past several times that I have gone to the Little Caesars I was told that crazy sauce comes with the cheese bread and how I ordered it then cheese bread and a crazy sauce but then told crazy sauce comes with it. So just needs to be consistency. And this wasn’t just one occasion that I was given the crazy sauce with the cheese bread it was multiple. And I don’t want to be that person that complains over a dollar but after looking at my receipt I had a random dollar charge on there. so what was the random dollar charge? The charge was a dollar for pizza flavors on side. I didn’t have any extra toppings, nothing on side, nothing special. We were those people who came in with less than 10 minutes to close, unbeknownst to us until the woman up front let us know. I’m ain’t even mad at her, I had many a years in the food and bev industry and know all about wanting to get home after a hellish day. She was in no way rude about it, just informative. She also let us know they had just 1 pizza left which was the ultimate pepperoni(think that’s the name), and that it was about to come out of the oven. So, we scooped that bad boy too. Let me tell you, we didn’t make it home to start munching.I have never been so pleased with an order from Little Caesar’s. They do this new garlic butter thing with the crust that’s bomb af too. The pizza was so hot and tasty and loaded with pepperoni I was impressed and grateful for little Caesar’s for providing my hubby and I that delicious meal. The location was clean and employees looked presentable which isn’t something you always get from Little Caesar’s. 2 xs I am missing food. I ordered a few months ago and a pizza was not delivered. I called the location and they verified that the pizza was accidentally left. But if you order through the app, they have you call a department that handles refunds for part of the order. I was on hold for about 40min and I was just curious at this point if anyone actually is there to answer. Someone eventually did and said they would refund within a few weeks. The refund would be about $7 (no big deal) I never received the refund. I tried to order again today and now my breadsticks and soda was not delivered. Yes I know this happens but there should really be an easier way of letting them know about the error and getting this fixed. We are paying extra charges for delivery and we normally leave a good tip. We met our diver at the door and he said it wasn't given to him. So now I'm on hold again (17min and counting).
