Omg poor guy that was charging orders was by himself then I guess he wasn’t trained properly to charge part cash part credit...so he had to do a refund and charge it all over again so he had to call the MANAGER...will the manager that worked on December 16th at 1pm took hee sweet time to come fix the situation so I had to call her out loud to come help him, then she comes and instead of making things easier by just charging me, she first did the refund and for what ?! So that I can wait longer, she could have done the refund after I left so that I don’t have to wait more since it was their mistake, now if I ask for a refund then of course it has to be done first...but no it was their mistake! she did it the hard way, I was a manager before and when u have a situation where the employee missed up not the customer the manager should fix the issue after she has fixed any concerns the customer may still have so that the customer doesn’t have to wait longer than they have to. I was on lunch break, we only get 30mins, I called in the order so it was ready AND With all the mistakes and the sweet time the manager took and the fact that she had no idea how to refund or she forgot how to do it that it took her even longer.... IT TOOK THEM 20 MINUTES TO FIX IT. The manager had no clue what she was doing. Please train them in these situations or have a how to book right next to the cashier box. It was disappointing that the so called manager was even a manager who could not handle a situation, as of the guy I don’t blame him, I blame the managers for not training him properly and for leaving him by himself to handle both the lobby and the drivethru. Help him! FYI this is the second time this happens the first time a girl didn’t know what she was charging neither did she know how to count change since she add the wrong amount. Please trained them a...
Read moreWe visited the drive thru at this location after lunch hour, about 230p or so. I was immediately "greeted" with "Give me a minute." and nothing else. After, about 7 mins and no other communication received from anyone, I said "Hello?" I was told "Hold on, I'm with a customer" (in the most sarcastic tone) I waited another 5 minutes before being able to place my order. At the register was a large female that we believe to be the manager, and was wearing the drive thru headset. Every one in the vehicle agreed it wasn't worth the aggravation at the time to even bother. We were asked to wait in front for our order of 2 hot and ¿READY? pizzas, promised a wait time of "no more than 3-4 minutes".... We waited more than 10 minutes when an accompanying friend decided to go in and see what the hold up was. She returned empty handed and upset. She said she had just one foot in the door before an employee at the counter yelled from where she stood "It's on the way out now. Just let us throw it in a box. Go back to your car." Pizza was decent, I mean it's Little Caesar's....you get what you pay for. Although we did end up eating and being at the very most, satisfied with the food, it applies to the FOOD only. The customer service was beyond poor and just plain unacceptable coming from any member of management. It is obvious that management is lacking basic skills of a successful manager in the food industry. Basic Restaurant Managing 101, it is CRITICAL to your business that you at all times have enough food prepared!! Not to mention, that they were out of their popular, signature item a Pepperoni Hot and READY!! But apparently, they were NOT ready. Do yourselves a favor, great City of San Antonio, take and spend your hard-earned money, somewhere that deserves it and is willing to make every extra effort to...
Read moreI want to be kind enough for 2 stars because I genuinely understand that working this kind of job is hard. Let me start that I ordered online only to recieve one of the pizzas inside the pickup warmer. I waited second in line while the lady in front of me also waited for her order but no one came to assist anyone in the counter area. There was no cashier and all the employees were scrambling and arguing about all their drive thru orders they needed to prepare. I waited 10mins, no one came. I waited another 10mins, a single employee (I'm assuming manager because of uniform) came up to ask this angry customer what else he was waiting on. He had waited 1 hour! After 30mins of waiting in the front counter area with the whole area FILLED with people, I was ready to demand a refund until I flagged down this lady about my missing pizza. The pizza had been ready all along and was waiting in their boxing area, on top of others the entire time I was waiting. I understand the drive thru is hectic and there isn't enough helping hands to go around. I also don't understand why they couldn't have someone come out to ask people what they were waiting for and to get a single line instead of a crowd bunched together. Their restaurant did not feel safe or modified to enrich a social distancing area. If they did? No one enforced it and the irresponsible staff neglected to pay attention to the swarm of people in the front lobby wanting help. They need to prioritize themselves better during rushes because arguing amongst one another didn't solve...
