I remember MacDonalds used to be the Booghie Exciting Status Brag back n the day and if your mom or dad said let's go out to MceeDees wow that was something and even the food had a different special taste but now I went I had a Big Mac I had a large order of fries and I had a I think it's yeah soda with that I believe and it was $17 are you kidding me for a burger that used to be the size of a Burger King Whopper is now the size of a slider pretty much and you know the fries yeah be like to die for and they were mediocre semi-warm they were soggy and lamp there was hardly any salt on there at all You know they just they weren't fresh they weren't crispy they didn't snap they basically were like chewing on potato flavored rubber bands and I couldn't even eat all the Big Mac because it literally started as I ate into it more and more it had more more of a rancid taste kind of like a Whopper does when you get into that warm lettuce piece of it and you it tastes so good going down and you always feel sick your stomach for the next two days yeah that's pretty much it I couldn't even eat it all $17.85 That's ridiculous The service was good You know atmosphere it was a little confusing I had to say You know with a 3 million drive-thru window options and then the I guess there was a glitch in the computer or something and it was fried and so it was just like like flying wildly like a slot machine on crack you know just flying from and everyone's wanted to stop in and land on on a menu item and it would come into focus and then it would like it was like somebody was spending a slot machine only it was the menu I kind of wanted to take a look at it cuz they had been years since I've been in a McDonald's I mean
literally years I don't think I'll be going back they've automated too much and they've tried to streamline and you know starch and crease and dry clean to make themselves the fastest on the block and what they've done is they basically allowed themselves you know the option of...
Read moreI've been inside the restaurant twice. Both times for a while. My kids were playing in the playground and we see orders piling up at the counter where they put to go food bags. They were sitting for a bit til other orders were made. Then someone goes out and passes the food out, maybe 2 to 3 orders at a time. So when you pull off passed the window or to a parking, chances are that you are waiting for someone else's food to be done before you get yours.
I have had an issue with this location for a while. I come when my kids want a happy meal, I prefer going to chick fil a because it has a play ground and the service is better. But mcdonalds has better toys, so when my kids really want a happy meal, we will go to the drive thru. We always have to pull up passed the window or into a parking spot. There have been times when I'm the only car and have to pull up. Or someone is waiting and I have to pull up behind them..... I've had to pull up just for fries few times.
Almost always have to wait at the speaker, i promised mcdonalds to my son after a day at sea world, i was at the speaker for 20 minutes! They have forgotten our nuggets before in the box, there was a time they forgot the fries..... they always forget the sauce, at this point I just don't ask for the sauce anymore.
I give up. I'll come back in a year see if the staff has changed. My experiences here have been horrible. Today? I chewed on a mc muffin with a long light brown hair in my mouth, the rest of that long thick strand of hair is stuck between the cheese and the sausage so I had to write a review this time. I have so many stories about this place, been in the area for...
Read moreSo, I'm taking time out of my work day to write a review of this McDonalds and I'm hoping, the management pays attention to this review and many others.
There were 5 cars ahead of me, nothing too crazy. However, by the time I got to the drive-thru menu, I had been waiting 35 minutes. Then, I was told "we'll be right with you" which led to another 10 minutes.
By the time I actually ordered and got my food (asked to park), it had been 52 minutes! This is by far the longest wait I have ever waited in my entire life for an order that was $14 dollars worth.
If this was a one time issue, I would not spend the time to write this review. However, this has happened more than once and it wasn't 52 minutes, but more along the lines of 30 minutes, which is way too long for numerous times.
I'm not the only one who has experienced this wait time at this location. Drive by on any morning or night, you'll see the long lines that do not move for 15-20 minutes. I get when drive-thru's get busy, but not having the right amount of staff or properly trained staff is an issue and to be honest, I'm not sure if they even care to improve.
My hope is that management reads this review and many others and hopefully, they'll do...
