Absolutely terrible customer service!!!! So don't even waste your time. This morning they messed up my order & then had the nerve to get a attitude & told me to get back in a long drive thru line again for a mistake they made. Once I looked in my bag & realized they shorted me on my order, I politely asked them to correct the matter. But instead their manager (a heavy set Hispanic lady with black hair) immediately confronted me angerily at the drive thru window, saying because they dont have a cash register at the 2nd drive thru window, I would have to get back at the end of drive thru line, to purchase the item they mistakenly didn't rain me up for the 1st time. I told her that was very inconsiderate of them and I would not be driving back around to do that (especially considering the additional inconvenience of time & gas wasted, due to a mistake they made). When that didn't work, the manager then proceeded to lie and said "Well, you told them that the order was correct. So there's nothing more we can do." I replied "how do you know that? You didn't even ask me. You just assumed that just now. After I placed my order, they never repeated it & it was never confirmed because after I said it once, they told me to go to the 1st window to pay. Which I did. All I want to do is just pay for & receive my missing item." She then starts yelling. And then she finally gives me the missing item. I ask " how much does it cost?" She refuses to take me money & then tells me to leave multiple times (all because she was too lazy, irritated & apparently doesn't have the common sense to realize that she could have just quickly rain up my order of 1 item, that they missed on my original order, on another register at front counter). As a manager she should be ashamed. There are much better ways to resolve problems than to yell, lie & inconvenience customers. Read moreThe night crew got my order wrong and failed to provide a receipt. I went to the door and they tried to tell me to go to the drive thru to get it fixed, but the line was so long it wrapped around the lot. Failed to correct the error in the order or wave me to the 3rd window, so I called and spoke with the night manger. David or Daniel or something like that, informed me that a replacement meal would be put into the system so I could come back. He was kind and friendly.
Well I came back, and the older Hispanic woman manager at 11:30 AM (morning manager probably) had a serious complex about replacing my food and tried to tell me I was essentially lying. I mean immediately. She barely listened to my case to begin with. The most argumentative “manager” I have dealt with, and it was almost as though she felt power over gatekeeping replacement chicken tenders lol. The minimum standard for management is being kind to customers and she didn’t have an once of kindness in her. She fought it and told me that it’s against policy and was incredibly rude, interrupting me and refusing to listen as she continued to deny my request.
As soon as I told this “manager” that I have everything on recording from last night and today, (dash cam), she decided to replace the food but continued the blatant disrespect. She almost went as far as only replacing the drink because that was the initial problem with the order. She didn’t even want to hardly give me her name- she said it so fast followed by a question, that it’s obvious she’s dodging accountability for who she is.
Absolutely the worst customer service you can imagine, and it’s fast food - so the bar is pretty low.
The owner of this franchise needs to seriously reconsider who they keep employed as managers because some people hate helping customers, and this woman is one of those people.

Read moreThe first time I went on a Saturday morning before class. There were probably 8 people waiting and it took about 15mins to be able to place my order. When I said I wanted a frape, I was told the machine wasn't working. There was no sign or anything so I waited for 15mins to be told I couldn't get what I wanted and didn't have enough time to go anywhere else. They can never seem to get an order right. I like everything I order plain and even if it says that on the grill slip, I still get everything on it. They also didn't put any cheese on my bacon cheddar hot n spicy, there is cheese in the name! And the grill slip didn't say plain, it said no mayo and no lettuce so there's no excuse for missing ingredients that are in the name. When I went in to tell them, they gave me a hard time for not calling first to verify it and know I was coming. I'm only on this side of town once a week for school so if i called when it happened would you really remember I was coming back a week later? No. I even offered pictures to prove it but the all said no because apparently a phone call is more verification than a picture. Twice I ordered large fries while Monopoly was going on and both times I got a plain box. I ordered a large specifically for the game, it would be nice if they told me they didn't have any.
