If i could put 0 ZERO STARS I would 😡 I'm upset because these poeple are the slowest the ice machine is broken they are sharing ice from the lobby of the restraunt by scooping it out and taking it to the drive thru! They're using the same buckets as the ice cream machine cleaning solution was used I saw the whole thing ...also the other reason ím not returning is the workers they are ßpeaking Spanish around the costumers it's sounds pretty ugly because they don't realize I'm Hispanic... Mexican American and I can speak write and completely understand every insulting words used while they talk to each other they also have no smiles no sense of urgency!😡 OMG 😱 McDonald's get this store on the ball!! U need to have someone with a smile especially in the 🌅 morning u get here and you literally have to wait in line all by urself and no worker comes to help u at the counter, also they have little to NO pepper packets ! I HAD TO WAIT 13 LONG MINUTES IN LINE JUST TO GET KETCHUP & PEPPER PÀCKETS FOR MMY 3 HASH BROWNS THEN I ONLY GOT ONE SINGLE PEPPER PÀCKET!!! SMH 😱AFTER MY ORDER WAS HANDED to me !! I'm not returning to this McDonald's until the POEPLE here get their priorities in line....

TBH if you speak Spanish fluently you might get good service if only you speak Spanish fluently and look Hispanic... I'm Hispanic but don't look like it so I got horrible service because I spoke English to them but the costumer behind me spoke in Spanish and got her big order before me and every condiment NEEDED!! It's a horrible feeling to not look Mexican! And get treated differenly But I am ABLE to speak it perfectly. also I saw the white "Anglo" people that came in here got insulted and talked about in Spanish and even laughed out loud àbout her Summer dress 🥻 but hey the employees also thought she didn't understand Spanish because she was White. Read moreFirst, I should say that the food was good. Or I was just really hungry since I hadn't eaten all day. Nonetheless, I had a couple of issues. 1 smaller than the other, but the other is definitely a big deal to me. I'll explain. My first issue was I had asked for a go-gurt in the happy meal. She heard me, even repeating it...but got apple slices. No big deal, honest mistake. But my second issue: I ordered a quarter pounder deluxe. It's visibly on the menu. It's a quarter pounder but with lettuce and tomato. I even asked the cashier just to make sure and she concurred. When I got the burger, it was just a regular quarter pounder. I took it back and said I ordered a deluxe. Two people (one being a manager) seemed to be confused. I asked what a quarter pounder deluxe is, and one (not the manager) said it was just a bacon quarter pounder...but it's not. Bacon quarter pounder is a seperate item on their menu. They went ahead and just made the sandwich like I asked, but for my own curiousity, I asked the manager what a deluxe is. She said it's the quarter pounder with a coke and fries. That makes no sense. I made it clear that they are confused, but I let it go from there. It's clear that this location is not familiar with their own menu. That's really a bad look on the business. It's a little off-putting and really makes me want to avoid coming to this location again. They need to teach their workers again on what is what on the menu.

Read moreOk I usually don't have any problems at this location except for late night taking forever to take a order and have it ready "fast" but this morning I went for breakfast and ordered online for curbside pickup a iced coffee I asked that 3 splenda sweetners be added and I tasted it and it tasted like too sweet so I said to myself ok that's too much sweetener I can't even taste the coffee so I'll just make a cup of coffee at home and add it to this. When I get home I make the coffee and pour the McDonald's coffee into a metal cup and I look at the bottom of the McDonald's cup and there's like a inch or more of sugar. IM A DIABETIC I have really bad uncontrolled diabetes my blood sugar is always 490 and up (at 250 the sugar in your blood turns to ACID and starts ruining your internal organs and you can also fall into a coma) so why if I added SPENDA not SUGAR would the employee that made my coffee add sugar?? The manager said she would remake my coffee but ok your gonna give me what I originally paid for but I didn't get to enjoy my coffee with my breakfast and I gotta spend more time and gas going up there a 2nd time to get what I already paid to get the first time I was up there? Where's the customer service in that and Why are your employees not giving the customer what the customer asked for Someone just takes it upon themselves to be like " I'm giving them this instead of what they specifically asked for bcuz that's what I feel like they should have" Um for 1 that's super not cool and 2 what if I would of drank even half that sugar concoction I prolly would of died.
