Fact: A guy's voice came through the speaker and was unsuccessfully attempting to take my order then a woman's voice came out as if I had not already been talking to someone. " two large vanilla iced coffees and two egg white Delights" was repeated buy me approximately six or seven times each time the lady asking a different question and only pulling the information she requested out of what I said.
When I pulled up through the window I was given my two sandwiches, the people inside continued making drinks looking at the screen talking amongst themselves ignoring that I will still at the window and my two iced coffees were sitting next to them, I waved them down requested that they handed me the iced coffees that had been sitting there, the guy looked at me with a confused look on his face slightly shaking his head no then looking up at the screen then conversing with the other lady then handed me my drinks.
My two vanilla iced coffees have no sugar or sweetener or vanilla of any kind.
Commentary: for such a large corporation you think that they would order more capable people, I understand you people need to be trained however it should not be done at the busiest time of the morning and it should not result in wrong or incomplete orders given.
It frustrates me because there's so much potential if everyone would just do their jobs.

Read morePrior to this day, the service and management at this location had really really gotten bad. Bad service, bad customer relations, and overall, just bad everything. There was really no attempt to build a working relationship with their customers. If an order was not correct, there was not a big attempt to fix it. So imagine my surprise when I used my new app and went to pick up my food. Yes, after giving it the once over and even telling them what was supposed to be there, I drove away and lo and behold, I saw I was missing some food items. Since I was late to my P-T job, I called to let them know. I spoke to "Laura" and she told me that my food was there. Since i couldn't go back, she told me they would take care of it the next day and they would comp me a meal for the inconvenience. Well, I showed up the following day and after being told Laura wasn't in, they were not sure what I was told. The drive through girl called the manager and without question, he looked at my receipt and he left. She then told me he was going to give me my whole order again. He comp'd my whole meal!! Read moreI have been taking my 2 year old son & my mother in law every Monday to so my son can play and we can talk and eat. Last Monday & this Monday we went the ac wasn’t working there in the kids area , my mother in law told the short guy which is the store manager and he said there’s nothing he can do. We left after that. Hooding they would have it fixed within a few days. This time we went the ac still wasn’t fixed but still let my son play. I decided to go up on the playground because my son was asking me to, I then noticed some black marks on one of the spinning things that the kids go through, I got my phone and looked closely to find mold On both of the spinning things. I was in disbelief so I asked my mother in law to check and YES ITS MOLD . I grabbed my son told the 2 employees and showed the the picture and video . We will not be returning here next week or any other time as I don’t think anyone will get a good clean in there. The slide is sticky the playgrounds floor is sticky. Overall this play area just need to be deep cleaned! It’s not safe for the kids who get sick easily...
