I stopped here after a long day of delayed flights since it was close to home. I went through the drive thru and order a cheeseburger happy meal, extra fries, sprite no ice. I got to the window and your guy was very nice. The car in front of me had been sitting at the window for at least 5 mins so i asked if my food would be fresh. He turned and asked the manager on duty as she was asking what i asked. He handed me my food and i proceeded to pull off. I’m exhausted so something told me to check before i leave parking lot and sure enough I had apples instead of double fries. I pul back to the window as the manager was walking away, she saw me and kept going, so i honked. Nobody came back to window. I figured it was for safety so i went back around through drive thru. A woman took my order this time (appearant manager on duty) and instantly was rude and condescending. I let her know i was the person pulling up as she walked away and i tried to catch her by honking and she replied :we don’t respond to honking” with all kinds of attitude. Fast forward i told her my order was incorrect, she asked what was wrong, i told her, with an attitude says”so you need another little fry”🤦🏽♀️ i calmly respond with a yes, pull forward. She sends the guy to the window. I ask for store number and the ladies name. Idk if he is new or what but he had to go ask her for both and I’m not even sure if i got the truth but he said her name is Jessica and she was the manager on duty. I said thank you and pulled off. Little does she know i Jo longer wanted the food as i didn’t trust nothing was done to it and I will be following up tmrw. With a day manager and corporate if i have to. When i opened the fries and stick my hand in, all i felt was grease. Some fries that had been sitting had been dinked back in the grease and given to me. Typically I don’t have that many bad experiences with it but everybody working there is miserable terrible customer service terrible sense of urgency. I often place a mobile order which I did today I get into the drive-through and it takes them five minutes to even figure out what I’m trying to say, despite me phonetically sounding out for them. On top of that, they say they can’t find my order, but I have an email confirmation and a confirmation in my app. The manager is suggesting I cancel the order in my app. You can’t cancel the orders in the McDonald’s app. instead, she wants me to spend more money so that she can take my order instead of just comping my meal and taking care of the customer. She is making it as if it’s my fault that the order didn’t go through, and telling me that there’s nothing else she can do. I have to call support and once I call them then they can give me my food. How was that customer service? I have the receipt. The money is taken out of my account. I don’t wanna spend any more money just for you to give me my food that I’ve already paid for. This is the last straw for me. I’ve given this McDonald’s a lot of chances, but I’d rather drive 10-15 minutes to a different McDonald’s to get better service. They all act like you’re an inconvenience mind you, they signed up for this job.
