Worst Experience EVER!!! I just left there a few minutes ago...I tried calling in an order twice but kept being put on hold no big deal figured they were busy...I go there place the order myself on the computer for take out & grab the buzzard thing that goes off when your order is ready...I noticed lots of people were leaving with their food so I go up the the cashier to ask if it’s working she said yes mam no worries just go have a seat and it will go off...no big deal I understand that I had a large order. (6people) I finally go up again after waiting for 40min!!! My food was ready & the buzzard NEVER went off!!! Apparently it doesn’t go off when it’s take out!!! Thanks for letting me know...the cashier apologized a million times, as she could see the frustration on my face...but what really aggravated me was the BIG FAT BOLD GUY he said I kept calling out the order...I said I never heard you. Then I nicely asked about the drinks and he replied you can get them yourself... I took a deep breath & helped myself I was ready to go...Mind you I was sitting right by the entrance not once did he go on that side to call out the name...Maybe if he would loose a couple of Pounds he would be able to walk to the other side of the building!!! I hope this never happens again to anyone & thank you to the sweet cashier...
Read moreService was not so good, food was okay. I’m guessing that the girl at the register was new on the job, because I had to repeat my order a few times and go slow when I ordered.. If she wasn’t new, the manager needs to rethink their cashiers. Second the place was un-clean looking. There was a build up of black dust on the air vents and exit signs. Stains of drinks on the walls. The tables at the restaurant never looked like they have been wiped down. We found trash still sitting on tables and under the tables and over the floors. A customer made a mistake by dropping his drink and I over heard the workers saying “Is someone going to mop that? Just put a wet sign up. Does anyone know where the mop is?” That’s not so re-assuring to hear as a customer when the don’t know where the cleaning supplies are... Plus when they brought our orders out they only brought my husband’s drink out. They forgot mine, my daughter’s and my side that I ordered. We had to go up 3 separate times for our stuff. The bread was chewier than I remember. The bread was very tough to pull apart and chew. We walked away with hurting jaws and cut up gums from the bread.. Was it always like this? I truly don’t remember it being like that.. We love eating at Panera, but I would never step foot into this...

I had ordered a bistro french onion and a sandwich with the sides, but when I picked it up from the counter, I didn’t have the bread that came with the french onion, but I didn’t get the immediate chance to tell them at the pickup area because they were rushing elsewhere behind the counter- and for $25 you bet I’m not going to forget anything I’m paying for. I had gone back up and asked about the bread missing, and she basically gaslights me, “You didn’t pick up the bread? The one that was right here in the bowl?” First off, the only things that were on the counter when I had gone up were my sandwich and chips, and the single bowl of french onion on a long empty plate. I tell her no and she gives me a distrusting look as if I’d have the audacity to lie about a single piece of bread. She hesitates and a cold piece of bread in a paper bowl just happens to be right in front of her and she places it onto the counter looking like she’s fully annoyed with me for just asking about a missing item. Could’ve cracked even the slightest customer service smile or at the least looked like she wasn’t annoyed the...
