I experienced many great places in the Huebner Oaks yesterday in the shopping center and while I was very busy I wanted to stop by to get some ice cream while I walked in I had my mask in my purse and the girl working immediately told me to wear my mask. I looked around and saw a couple not wearing one while eating their ice cream and the people outside were talking in the front without mask. I asked her do I need one? So told me yes so I wore it but while I was making my order the girl seemed very very concerned so it made my experience very uncomfortable and while I was trying to see which ice cream I wanted I couldn't try it like normally with the spoon..ether due to the "COVID" im sorry but it was so poorly to explain for this coldstone many ice cream and coffee shops are fully open and serving people with or without mask because they just pasted the law in Texas! Im so disappointed in this experience and also I order a cone with 2 scoops but the way she did the ice cream It started melting with to much ice cream. Please understand how to be thoughtful towards customers and to make it clear in the situaton rather than just following the manger policy when she was by her self. I hope who is reading this knows now how my experience was I really appreciate and im happy to say most cold stone...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am deeply disappointed and appalled by the treatment I received at this Marble Slab location over the weekend. As a paying customer, I was publicly and repeatedly accused of not paying for my orderāin front of a crowded storeādespite having done so. This was not only humiliating but unacceptable. As a Hispanic woman, I cannot ignore the feeling that this treatment may not have been entirely coincidental. The fact that I was singled out and spoken to in such a condescending, accusatory toneāwithout any verification or apology afterwardāwas deeply upsetting. There was no professionalism, no courtesy, and certainly no accountability from the staff involved. Accusing someone without evidence is not only unethical but borders on discriminatory behavior when it appears to be targeted and repeated. If your team cannot treat customers with respect and dignityāregardless of their backgroundāyou have a serious issue that goes beyond poor service. I expect a formal apology and internal review of this incident. No one deserves to be embarrassed or profiled in public, especially while simply trying to enjoy a treat with my family and support...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was just there and they gave me the ice cream and everything was fine but when I got to the cash register to pay the man who was working there opened the register stuffed 50 bucks in his wallet and ran out of the store to talk to Iām assuming one of his freinds and left me there without charging me. This isnāt the first time Iāve had problems with this man heās always very rude and to be honest Iām surprised he hasnāt been fired yet. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. I called to report him to management because I was concerned that he was stealing money⦠but he answered and said there was no manager available. I thought at first maybe it was a tip but he wasnāt serving any ice cream at the time and I highly doubt someone would give a 50$ tip for an eight dollar ice cream. He wasnāt wearing a name tag and I donāt want him to get away with being rude and stealing money so I would describe him to be about 20-25 years old quite tall dark hair cystic acne and slightly obese with facial hair. I will say that the ice cream is very good here and would definitely recommend it and other than him the service...
