Today I had placed a mobile order with this Panera and typically I’ve never had a problem with any of the staff and my app experience. I figured it would happen eventually cause we’re human and technology isn’t always fun. Unfortunately today was that day, I usually wouldn’t write a review unless I know from being a former food service worker that something could’ve been done better (I’m not 45 in a business firm I’m 21yrs old and recently moved from a food service job). I placed an order online two meals for my girlfriend and I, it was on her mobile account and we made sure to double check that it was at the vineyard location multiple times. We got to the store a few minutes after placing the order and tried to check in to one of the curbside spots. I noticed the app was giving an error message and I had my girlfriend go inside to check on the status of the order and if it had gotten done or if something was going on with the app. She was treated like she was gonna just take half of the store. She asked if they had gotten our order and if it was done and she was met with rude staff and management. I’m not sure if it was happening multiple times with other customers or if app servers where down or something and we just so happened to ask at the wrong time. One of the staff even took her phone out of her hand without permission so that they can “prove” that she ordered there. They questioned if the app even charged my card at all basically belittling her. We have the confirmation emails and a charge to my card that is $28.67. They gave us the food eventually but they didn’t even try to offer a coupon for a coffee or something. I understand that Panera is a large chain but it still matters if you try your best to mend one upset customer so they don’t feel the need to write upset reviews worse than this one. We still absolutely adore Panera but we hope that next time we visit it will be a much better experience like ones we’ve had in the past with this location. Read moreWe called ahead to see if they had the bread bowls and they did yay!! We’re always so bummed when we get there and they ran out. The food was hot and our order was ready very fast! My husband got the broccoli and cheese bread bowl, I got the chicken noodle bread bowl, and my son always enjoys the macaroni and cheese with a half grilled cheese sandwich with chips. I definitely recommend having some of the decaffeinated mint tea, it’s very nice.

We did curbside and the location has items available on the app that are out of stock in the store (not available or discontinued - not out for the day). I ordered 4 hours before pickup, showed up. After waiting 15 minute outside with nobody bringing out the order, I came in and found out half of my 6orders needed to be completely changed. Finally got everything settled and then went out to my car to check and they still forgot to put things in that were not part of the original order issue. This location seems understaffed and under trained

Great customer service and incredibly friendly employees, but the food execution has been very spotty lately.
The last three times I’ve been here, the restaurant has mixed up the ingredients for my order. Incorrect bread for what I order or missing ingredients in the normal order. Today I ordered a Med Grain Bowl with chicken, and half the ingredients were missing. I asked for the other ingredients and some were still missing. The staff was extremely friendly about it all and apologetic and helpful, but the execution seems to be an oversight. I e also overheard employees in the kitchen say they’re out of a certain ingredient and another employee will say to substitute it with something else and that the customer won’t notice (like an entirely different bread like I said earlier).
