After 6+ years we were told we can't have a drink in the game room. Apparently the one sign that says that is in next to the redemption center next to the door that swings open when employees go in and out. Says No Food or Drinks in game room. It's a small sign and unless your looking for it you'll never see it. Also even having an empty cup with no lid or liquid in the cup they'll tell you that you can't have it. Rule says No drinks it doesn't stipulate no Cups. I also spoke with a Manager named Manny letting him know that I'm being forced to throw away my drinks so are they going to give me a new one every time I leave the game room. He said yes he will. So now anytime I go to the game room I'll dispose of my drink [every time] and request a new one when I leave the area. Then if I go again I'll continue to request a new one cause of their rule. In no way will I leave my drink where I can't see it and I will not go to my vehicle just to drop it off for a few minutes while in the game room then go back and forth to the car cause I might as well go elsewhere or to another Peter Piper Pizza where they don't really enforce that rule cause honestly it doesn't make sense. I get it no liquids in the game room that's fine but the cup had no liquid or ice or anything in it. Also does this mean I can't even have my child's thermos with water in it in case my child is thirsty cause it's a drink and we are in the game room. What about candies I have with me that's food isn't it? I also don't understand their customer service or social skills when approaching. It's like they want to show they are being forced so their tone of voice comes out more mean than hey...
Read moreWe had our daughter’s birthday there this past Saturday and had the worst experience! Our party “hostess” Nicki did not do her job AT ALL! She was rude and didn’t explain ANYTHING! She asked us how many adult cups we wanted to buy and I told her 20. She made an ugly face and rolled her eyes. I asked her, “What was that face for?” She explained, “Well the adult cups are $2.00 each. So that’s 2x20.” I said, “Okay...so if I don’t buy the adult cups what will my guests drink out of?” She literally did this 🤷♀️. So then I asked, “What do people normally do?” She responds, “Oh they have all kids cups.” So why even offer the adult cups?! Why even have an unnecessary conversation? And we had many more encounters like this. The manager Melissa tried to make it up to us and gathered all of us together and we were suppose to “start over”. Nicki was suppose to “redeem herself” because apparently she is “one of their best party hostess”. The manager said she would explain the process and do a better job. The manager left and Nicki asked, “What did y’all need?” AFTER THE MANAGER EXPLAINED WHAT NICKI WAS SUPPOSE TO DO!!! She did somewhat redeem herself by cutting our cake but that was it. I would NEVER recommend this location to anyone!!! And definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone having a...
Read moreHorrible! Don't have a party for this location it's better to go early and save tables don't have a hostess she's just the middle man. I had a party here and you only have an hour and a half for everything the pizza took so long to come out i had to cut the cake before some of my guests got to eat. The pizzas took so long to come out my guests thought i wasnt buying anymore and bought some themselves.(there pizza came out before mine) I could never find the hostess when I needed her. The ice cream was all melted by the time i found her to tell her to call everyone to the tables so we can sing happy birthday. She had such a bad attitude my guest asked her if she was alright and she said she was fine that everyone just keeps getting in her way. The next day after I complained the manager (robert) after reviewing and seeing only 10 pizzas were at the tables when they charged me for 11 and when there should have been 14 adding the guests pizzas they bought he said he would not give me back the money for the pizzas i never got. All he did was offer me 2 pizzas free for the...
