SO disappointed in this place! We come here once a week and itâs usually amazing, but not today! I would like to state our waitress Abigail was AMAZING AND SO SWEET. She is basically the only reason Iâm giving two stars!
Being that Iâm 8 months pregnant, I crave the ultimate nachos and always looking forward to having them at my weekly visit. That being said since we order them so much, I know how they are supposed to be! Today 3/31/19 we ordered our nachos and they came out cold and soggy. Told our waitress, sweet Abigail and she told the manager Rick who supposedly âmade a new order.â But they brought us the same nachos again, still cold and of course soggy! Might I add each time they came out basically NOTHING was on them, not how the grand ultimate nachos should be. My husband told our sweet waitress and asked to speak to the manager, but when she returned we could see the despair on her face. I stated âhe isnât coming is he?â Thatâs when she told us that he said he would come to our table when ever he gets to it. I ultimately told her that we wanted to leave and wanted to speak to the manager RIGHT now. Sweet Abigail got upset and said âyes maâamâ. We told her that it had nothing to do with her and that she was perfect. Abigail proceeded to get the manager again, and in a few mins Rick was coming out obviously annoyed and bothered. My husband showed him the nachos and Rick proceeded to say how he made those himself (obviously he just microwaved them), I told him those arenât freshly made because they are soggy from being warmed up and not from the queso. Which he ignored me and continued talking to my husband... finally he said he would take them off our bill... Ok fine, but when we told him how wonderful Abigail was and on top of things. Rick (manager) acted surprised and said SHE was the one who messed our order up and has been messing up all day!!! My husband and I looked at each other and in a non verbal agreement decided to leave. We told Rick that we are leaving, but he got upset and said our order would be coming out any second! My husband told him we didnât care and were leaving. While we waited to pay for our drinks we had a couple waitresses stop by and apologize. We told them it wasnât their fault and that the manager was obviously not very good. Sadly they had...
   Read moreUpdate: After speaking with management and being invited back for dinner with my family. I must say Nick and his team made this right in every way possible. The food was absolutely to notch and perfectly on par!! I will go back. Thank you Nick for the wow experience.
Went to BBW tonight for the UFC300 fight. I knew it would be busy, but we have gone for fight night many times, so the wait didn't bother us. Ordered apps. When those came to the table we asked for utensils as we were sharing amongst the three of us. He then brought out one entree and one set of utensils for that entree which was severly overcooked. No other untensils. The waiter then walked past us 3 more times to other tables without ever bringing the requested utensils. We had to actually flag him down, and he miraculously remembered we had asked for them. By this time the Dirty Tots were cold, so we asked for a remake on them. I was willing to overlook that one because we have all been there before. We got our entrees a few minutes later. More disappointment. My mushroom swiss burger was missing the mushrooms all together. I decided it was time to speak with the manager on duty. She apologized and sent it back to the kitchen to be remade. Keep in mind we still have not received the Dirty Tot remake. I walked back to my table to silently watch my daughter finish eating and my husband be more than halfway through his meal. So much for eating with my family and enjoying the fight. Ten minutes later, here comes the tots and utensils. They taste good so I'm not as upset at this point. Next the remake for my mushroom swiss burger comes out. Once again I am left utterly disappointed by the lack of care th a t went into making this correctly. It was severely overcooked, lacked the condiment, and only had a small sprinkle of mushroom. I was so upset and disappointed that we didn't even stay for the rest of the fights.    Read moreOk my wife,daughter and my self went to this location Thursday night. Very few people there. I was like wow itâs dead for a Thursday night. First I have to say service is poor. We waited 10 minutes before we had to flag someone down. People there are in there own little world that they donât even notice you. We ordered our drinks. I ordered a beer. 20 minutes later still waiting on the beer. I had to flag him down and ask where is my beer. My beer literally came with the food. I was planning to drink a couple before my food but that didnât happen. I ordered a second beer halfway through my food. It didnât get there till I was done eating. I was upset. Now we get to the traditional wings. We ordered all sauces on the side. I have never seen such ugly looking wings. They looked like roadkill wings. All deformed and missing chunks of meat some had sharp pointed pieces of bone sticking out. We only ate the decent ones. Ok so we leave. Well that night my wife and I started feeling sick. Except my daughter she had boneless wings. Well we got a bad stomach virus after eating there. And 3 days later just barely felling better. We will never go back. I donât know what happened to Buffalo Wild Wings but the quality has gone way down along with service. I literally buy a bag of un cooked wings at H-E-B and they are all in perfect condition they donât look like they got run over by a train. I like a couple of the sauces they have so we will just buy the sauce and cook our own wings. I have been to restaurants where you are almost done with your beer and they are already asking if you want another. Pushing that sale which is a good thing for the business. Over here they were hopping you didnât order another so they donât have to go get it. Sad but they need to step up there game. Itâs hard to win a customer but very easy...
