Horrible Experience. We ordered an online order; we paid for it. I drove to the restaurant and walked into the lobby to pick-up my order; I was immediately told "we don't allow customers in the dinning room, only drive thru.." I thought it was strange since it was 2:00 pm, but complied and proceeded to the drive-thru. I informed the drive-thru attendant that I was picking-up my order. She immediately said, "well, your order will take another 20 to 30 minutes to make because it was a large order; some customers, not saying you, place orders and don't pick the orders up." I immediately said, "mam, the order is paid for, I just need to pick it up and it was not a large order, it was an 8-piece, tenders and a chicken sandwich." She said, "sir, park and I will bring you the order." Not having a choice, I parked next to a tan suburban waiting for my order. 25-Minutes later, NOTHING. So, I drove back to the drive-thru and ask about my order and the drive-thru attendant said, " we don't have your order, I already handed that order out..." I said, "What? To Who?; I've been sitting out there the entire time and NO ORDER has been given to me." I asked for the manager for assistance (equally unhelpful person). I explained the situation and he said, well, there is nothing I can do since your order was handed out (completely missing the point that I AM THE CUSTOMER and have not received a single item...) I then ask for a refund and the so called manager says, "we don't do refunds, you have to get your money thru the app..." A complete lack of awareness of his position and requirements. Since, they had my money and I received no services, I departed and will contact the Corporate Office for assistance. I don't even want the food, just my refund...

Read moreI will not ever be back. Service was horrible. The workers that I encountered were acting as if they did not want to be there. Ordered my food and was extremely disappointed. They got my order wrong. Waited patiently outside since the other door was unusable and they had other customers they were tending to in drive through. A guy came out finally with someone else's order and was trying to give me someone else's food. I said that is not mine I believe it's the guy right there in drive through and that i am missing part of my order instead of taking my information he turned around and was walking away. Had to go back into the place of business and while I was standing outside there was a gentleman that came out of the place saying that is one scary place when he went to go get his order. The food was dry as if they cooked it all in bulk, so they don't have to cook it when its ordered. Everything is dry. I know for certain they would want fresh food if they ordered it. You are going to lose customers and close down. The chicken has a funny taste to it like it could be bad hopefully no one gets sick from it. The whole part of drive through is not entering the place of business that was not the case. The food that was left out in my order they were making fresh so they ran out and filled my order and hoped i would drive off and not know. Do better! and also, I never received my receipt. The lady just handed my card back and said drive by the trash can and we will bring out your food. I should have read the reviews from others before coming here. Everything is wrong with this place and its leadership.
We had a drive thru order for 2 adults and 2 children, I was asked to pull around to the front and it would be “right out”
They also had no soda products available. All of them were “out” but what I actually think is they just didn’t feel like it was important to refill any of them. Not a huge deal we got sweet tea. Sweet tea was unsweetened tea with a half a cup of sugar just poured in (not even stirred).
Food took 30 minutes (again only 2 adults and 2 kids meals) there were 6 other vehicles waiting on their orders as well.
Get food home and missing 2 of the sides and all sauces. Chicken was essentially fried bones and almost no actual meat to them.
Customer service would not refund in store, must contact the district manager. I have called and left messages every day for 4 days and not a single call back or response.
I am working with my bank to dispute the charge and I will never go back to any Popeyes.
Also while I was waiting I ran inside to get proper sweet tea and the interior was disgusting, and none of the workers aside from the one taking orders even spoke English. They both fumbled around to find her in order to find out what I needed.
