Taco Bell — Restaurant in San Antonio

Used to go here, went in with my parents and brother. I got my food, and then 4 people that ordered after all of us got there food, my brother got his food and my parents were wondering what happened to there order so he goes to find out, they said he had a large order so they were putting 5 others before them. They ordered a total of 5 food items… so then he sits back down and they call out a different persons order who gets 2 bags FULL of food. He goes up and just requests his money back and 2 of the employees sitting while having a lunch break go to the corner of the restaurant (it’s a small building) and start bad mouthing my dad for being impatient right next to where us three were sitting. Very poor customer service. He’s a very patient guy if they told him hey sorry we are waiting on “this” food item and it’ll be ready he would’ve understood. This is the second time in two weeks that I have gone to this Taco Bell and I’ve had the same problem both times - the food is served COLD. Last time it literally felt like it was straight out the freezer. Have you ever heated up frozen food in the microwave, took a bite, and got that stiff, cold, put it back in the microwave asap kinda bite? The kind that makes you second guess if you even still want to eat it. Well that’s how this Taco Bell serves their food. I really hoped the last time was a fluke but tonight I had the same issue. It wasn’t as frozen as the last time but it was cold to the touch - and I don’t mean not hot/room temperate feel, I mean actually refrigerator cold. I should not have to heat up every meal I get. It’s entirely unacceptable. I have no idea what they are doing or why they consistently serve cold food but I officially will not return to this location. I hope y’all clean...

I gave this Taco Bell a 1 star rating due to the customer service. I was pulling through the drive-thru placing my order and asked for extra shredded cheese and also about the chocolate chip icing cake. I was asking questions about the cake to the first person on the microphone and then out of nowhere A lady jumps on almost raising her voice at me to basically say we don't have the damn cake only KFC does. I said okay no problem that's all I want and I pulled forward. I then get my order and there was only one shredded cheese extra, so I asked for 2 more sides of shredded cheese and they told me that I couldn't have anymore. I asked them if they were serious and said that I'll pay for them but they refused and said that, that's all they could give me. I never copped an attitude yelled or spoke to them disrespectfully.
