Barista and co-worker were unwelcoming, not very friendly and inattentive. I visited the store on 01/01/2023 and the personnel working here had a line of 12 cars waiting in line and no one standing in line inside when I arrived. I stood there waiting in lines for about 5 minutes without any acknowledgment or anyone making any verbal or eye contact with me. I had to speak to one of the baristas before he acknowledge my presence and say I’ll be with you. I then waited an additional 10 minutes before having my order taken. The only two persons working were having a conversation about relationships and other personal stuff. The man taking my order was rude and arrogant when he took my order even after I continued being friendly with him. The girl was also unfriendly and he had not welcoming, in fact the only time she even offered to help or say any words to me was when I asked for a receipt. I waited almost 30 minutes waiting for my order which consisted of, two coffees, 3 pastries. By the time I drove there was only one car ordering in line and no other cars behind that car. In fact I would say that it would have been much faster had I gone through the drive through. Not a good customer service experience but the pastries and coffee are excellent. I don’t know that I will come back to this location due to the awful customer service experience. I spent almost pay $32 dollars and I don’t mind spending more on good quality coffee and pastries; but the customer service experience has to good as part of the whole experience. My only critique is that if they're going to have their coffee for a group to-go box on their drive through menu, they should add a note on the menu that it requires 24 hours advance ordering. I kept seeing it when I went through the drive through so I tried to order a box one morning when I needed coffee for a group and was told they needed 24 hours advance notice. It's odd to have it on the drive through menu if that's the case - I would have understood if there was a disclaimer on the drive through menu or even if they'd needed me to park out front as it would take a little longer. I suspect I'm not the only one who has made that mistake and had to show up somewhere with no coffee or detour and go elsewhere. I went to Dunkin instead and they had it ready for me in about ten minutes.

Read moreI actually hate giving really crummy reviews, but I’ve experienced this more times than I can count. Every single time I have gotten to the drive-through window they either don’t remember my drink and they have to remake it or they give me the wrong one. I don’t understand why it continues to happen because it’s simply a regular summer moon hot. I also had to wait 15 minutes for two drinks and then see my muffin on the back counter because no one handed it to me so I’m just looking like a deer in headlights. Everyone is always just so friendly, but it’s also frustrating having to just wait longer than the normal every single time whether I go in or do the drive-through. This happens if it’s busy or not so I could understand if it was because of that. People in front of me always get their coffees first when I go inside, hot or cold.
