My boyfriend and I visited Cane's yesterday, July 14 around 10 PM, and ordered just a basic 3 Finger Combo with a sweet tea for myself. We usually have no issues at this location, so we felt no need to check our food before driving off, but this was a mistake. By the time we got home, around 10:20, I opened the box to see there was no texas toast in the combo. My boyfriend tried to call the location to let them know, so we can see if we'd be able to come back or if they'd be able to take our name down for a future visit. Unfortunately, we could not get through to anyone for over 25 minutes. Once we finally did, it was less than 10 minutes before 11 PM, closing, and the employee who answered did not seem to care nor wanted to help, we couldn't even hear their name, and they were very rude and told us to "try again tomorrow" and that they were closed, then hung up on us. I tried to call and couldn't get through either. Since there was no way we'd make it in time before 11 PM, I started to have my meal, only to discover the chicken tenders were tougher than I ever had before, I could not even chew the meat. I had my boyfriend try it and he also noticed and agreed that was not how it usually is. It was so tough, my cats (who love chicken) wanted nothing to do with it. The experience went from being what seemed an honest mistake to where it felt the employees didn't care whether we were happy customers at all.

First visit to Raising Cane's for me! We have some in home state, but not super close, so have never gone. Delicious chicken strips. Only two sauces. The house one is good. The honey mustard was ok, not my favorite. Chicken and Fries were freshly fried, hot and crispy. Very good. The toast was good, not great. Coleslaw was a solid meh (though not a huge fan of coleslaw to begin with despite my love of cabbage). We'd visit again. They brought meal to us (maybe we weren't paying good enough attention to calling orders, ha ha). Clean, nice temp in the dining area. Plenty of space. Easy and fast. Can't give less than 5 for an enjoyable first visit. Well done team! One 'wonder' do they do fingers by weight or number? Because there was a lot of variance in size of those strips. (See photo)

Food is really good and service is excellent. The guy on fries puts way too much salt. The past 10 times I been the fries have been inedibly salty. Touching the fries will leave your fingers coated with salt. No other Canes locations are this heavily salted, it used to not be like this. This is the first time I’ve ever had this complaint in all my years eating French fries in any establishments. Everything else here is for real perfect as it has always been except for there being like 4x more salt on the fries than there normally is. If you look closely every single tiny white spec is salt. There’s clumps of salt in the ridges of the fries. That doesn’t even show the pile of salt from what I wiped off the fries

We’ve heard raving reviews about this place, but just recently stopped by to try it out… we pulled into the drive through and, before we could take a look at the menu, a young guy with a tablet came to our window to take our order… we said we hadn’t been there before and were told “it’s just chicken baskets - counts of x, y, z (4, 6, 8? I can’t recall)… as we were placing our order, the drive through attendant had us move forward to allow for the line to not build up in the street… it would have been faster for us to have seen the actual menu and decide whether or not we instead wanted other items listed on there… I was asked again for my card to pay for an upgrade that we didn’t request (large drinks)… we were then handed said drinks by a young woman who seemed annoyed to be delivering the drinks to vehicles… she was also the person who handed us our order when we reached the window - all with a poor attitude…

The chicken strips were identical to those strips you order at Wal-Mart (it’s been a minute since I’ve ordered them, not sure if they still sell that?). The fries were a bit stale, the coleslaw was okay… the lemonade was not good… for $37+, we’ll take our money to Bush’s and get a TON more food that is much tastier and the employees are much more respectful.

A revisit is a big...

This Cane's was clean, courteous, and provided fresh food. We were in the area and our teen daughter was craving Cane's and their sauce. So we googled the closest and here we ended up. Drive drive-thru was very busy the whole time we were there. When we walked in we were greeted with a "Welcome to Cane's" shouted across the eatery. The dining room was at about 25% capacity and upon reaching the counter we were nicely greeted and asked what they could get us. We ordered two box meals with a lemonade and a fountain drink. We paid, received our drinks, and found a table to sit at. One of the counter folks brought our steaming hot food directly to our table. The food was freshly cooked and good, especially with that Cane's sauce. If there was one drawback at all it would be the comedy that the snowflake by the door provided. They were playing a video game at their table, I assume using Cane's WiFi, with no food on their table. The funny thing was this person would suddenly start violently flailing their hands or arms which initially made us think they were having a seizure until we realized what was happening. It was some pretty "special" entertainment. Overall I give this Cane's five stars for what was expectedand what was...
