Our first time here and we felt like we were not good enough to be here. Multiple employees and no one really gave us the time of day until we got their attention. And to top it off they really sprayed down the glass top we were by right as we were still right there. I get for the display case to be clear and clean but come on you don’t do that right in front of someone. He did this twice! There was one Hispanic gentleman who did give us a quick assist and was nice about it so shout out to him. My boyfriend and I visited from Houston and of all the shops we went to, this was hands down our favorite! The staff was incredibly friendly, the store was immaculate and organized, and the stock/prices were fantastic! They had a lot of both Eng (for me) and Jap (for my bf) in nice binders so we were able to look happily through them side by side. My bf got a lot more than I did, but I was beyond happy with what I found. The guy helping us was very knowledgeable and fun to chat with! My bf’s feedback is that he loved their professionalism, selection, and prices— he said he really can’t wait to go back!...

Giving this shop a HUGE Shoutout! I give this place 10/10 the vibe is always great and the owners are always super friendly to my family and my kids love coming here after school or just just to go get some good pulls from packs ! Even the customers in the shop are super friendly :)Again my boys love this place and even though we live about 30 mins from the shop it’s worth the drive every time ! Even got my husband involved in Pokemon graded cards and love that it’s a family bonding experience! Again 10/10 my youngest always gets the rare pulls ty again...
