I ordered online through the subway app from the Subway at 6811 San Pedro Ave. in San Antonio, Texas. After about 20 minutes, I noticed that they used a DoorDasher For delivery and I was able to track the Dasher. But on the Dasher screen, I noticed that there was only one item when I actually ordered two sandwiches, so I called the store on San Pedro and the order never even went through their computer system. I checked the app for my debit card, and the money had already been taken out. The girl at the store was very helpful and it wasn’t her fault, but I just questioned why the manager never spoke to me directly. Situations like these should be handled by management not by employees trying to take care of all the other customers. This happened about 40 minutes ago and I’m still waiting. So obviously, there’s a problem with the SUBWAY® app and it needs to be corrected. About 10 minutes after I spoke to the girl at the subway I went to the SUBWAY® app again and it told me that it canceled or voided the order but yet the money isn’t back on my debit card. Now I have a week to wait before I get that money back and that prevents me from re-ordering Subway again. And I’m still waiting for a call...

All of the other subways in San Antonio are fairly decent, and some of them are really nice, clean, and provide really good service. This one on the other hand has always been the worst. The last time I was in was well over a year ago, and the employees were rude, slow, and the sandwich was very subpar. My wife decided to get my daughter a sandwich just yesterday and didn’t want to go out of the way, so she ordered from this one. It said it would be ready at a certain time, and when we got there they hadn’t even started on it. It was almost 30 minutes past the time it said it would be ready, and there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. Behind the counter was rude, and so slow. He kept telling us he had other orders to fill, but never did anything. Finally made our sandwich, and then told us that he was out of churros that we had already paid for. And that he didn’t know how to rectify it. we will absolutely never give this another chance, and drive out of our way to go to the next closest location. Yes, they are on the same block and side of the street as an HEB grocery store (about 1,000 feet away). This is one of many times, same problem various ingredients. I gave them a few month before revisiting, I was sure they had already replace the rude child manager. No, he was still there. The sandwich had less than everything I asked for through the mobile order and no tomatoes. I did curbside, so I went inside to show the sandwich to the manager. He didn't look at the sandwich. Instead, he was waiting for me and stated, "IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE SANDWICH GO SOME PLACE ELSE AND SMILED." when I told him that I'm going to report him he stated, "They already know that you always give us a problem with even a bigger smile."
