"I recently visited Taco Cabana and had an absolutely delightful experience! From the moment I walked in, the vibrant atmosphere and welcoming staff made me feel right at home. I normally don't like to complain about service since I've worked the fast food chain for about 5/6 years total but I'm very displeased with this taco cabana. I ordered for myself and my nieces while they waited in the car with my sister in law. I am 7 months pregnant and was just tired from the day. I swore i heard my number get called out but the girl gave the order to another lady. So i go up to the counter where i see what im guessing is the team lead or manager. I politely called out to her with no response so i call to her again, politely still, and she finally answers me in a rude tone and sounding kind of annoyed. I ask if my order will be ready soon (I've waited 15 minutes) she looks at me and says i already made that order and yells at the girl who gave my order away. They took my order away from the other customer and offered to remake my order but the lady that took my order never went through the food so i said no thanks. I hate to see food go to waste just because another customer touched my bag. She did apologize after but the way she answered me and talked to me before she knew why i was up there, was very unprofessional especially for someone who looked like she was a team lead/manager. Fast food can be alot to handle, i know! But i also know you shouldn't take frustrations out on your customers. Without customers they wouldn't have work. Please learn to be more polite to...

The lady who was taking my order was too distracted on everyone else where I and my mother-in-law had to repeat the order at least three times if not more and even after we repeated it that many times she was still missing something only because every time another employee was talking to a different customer the cashier lady that was supposed to be paying attention to me was just two stuck paying attention to everyone else but me and then the food all came out different times instead of all at the same time and the guy who brought us the food we asked him if he could bring us a couple of other things and he was just not listening either and very forgetful so the customer service there was extremely bad they don't show no attention when you needed and they really don't pay no any attention when you're trying to ask them for something or actually take a order. And we had just left a funeral so of course I was at least expecting somewhat good service and it was just really really bad so I was originally going to spend over $50 but because she didn't hear me on my order after we repeatedly said the order to her again she wasn't listening so the total was still $43.
