Honestly if I could give them zero stars I would, the two girls up front were beyond rude. I asked for a green tortilla instead of flour and they said no we only use those for burritos, I said that’s fine, she said I’m confused and brought her coworker over, she said it’s policy we can’t just make a taco with a wrap for burritos. They then told me “you don’t have to eat here you can leave”. I was like what? She said if you are going to be disrespectful you can leave. I said how am I being disrespectful. Her response was, it’s policy, laughed in my face and ignored me until I paid and moved over. Mary and tony are the girls names. Beyond rude, so confrontational. Do not come here, especially if they are here
Hello, thank you for your response to my review. I told them I didn’t want more beans, cheese etc I just wanted it made on a green burrito wrap. I said that to them over and over. They were being bullies and they know it. The girl at the register was beyonddddd mean. She told me you don’t have to eat here you can leave! In front of my kids and the rest of the customers there. Other customers heard it and even came over and told me sorry that happened to you she is way out of line contact management. Many other people heard her and how I was treated. It’s crazy to spend $50 on some coffee and a taco just to be yelled at and told to leave.
Make the food how the customer requests, period. I didn’t ask how y’all make your portions, I said I’ll even pay for the wrap just give me a green wrap tortilla on the side I’ll make it myself just charge me for a wrap. The other girl comes up and says I would if I could but I can’t it’s policy. Then smiled in my face and walked off. So it’s policy not to sell someone a green wrap? Then yell at them, and laugh in...
Read moreI’m honestly baffled by the glowing 5-star reviews for this place. If you value even the most basic standards of customer service, prepare to be disappointed. From the moment you walk in, it’s clear that hospitality is not a priority here. Approaching the counter, you're met with blank stares, if you’re acknowledged at all. There’s no greeting, no sense of welcome, and absolutely no effort to make the customer feel valued. On multiple visits, the staff didn’t even bother to look up, let alone say a simple “hello” or ask how they could help. It’s as if they resent having to interact with customers at all. The cold and dismissive attitude of the staff completely ruins any potential charm the café might have. Sadly, the experience here speaks volumes about poor training, lack of management oversight, or simply a team that doesn't care. With so many fantastic cafés in San Antonio that do prioritize their guests, I see no reason to return or recommend Terra to anyone expecting a pleasant experience. I’ll be taking my business to Early Bird from now on where the staff actually greet you with a smile and treat customers with basic courtesy. It’s a far better experience all around and they always offer adjustments for their drinks, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for good coffee, match, and...
Read moreI wish I could share a 0 star review. Julianna was incredible rude to my husband and I.
We ordered 2 coffees and a breakfast burrito.
They called our name, we went to the front and, then...
they got the milk order on one of the coffees, they tried to give us whole milk when we paid for oat milk
when my husband brought our burrito back to our table, Julianna walked up to us and said 'next time u need to make sure that's your order, you took someone elses food' ummmm, WHAT!!!
Where has customer service gone these days! You want me to tip you for every freaking coffee but you can't be kind to your customers.
If their system sucks and customers don't know which orders is which, maybe that's on them! And, not on us, who actually did paid for a burrito.
We were quite taken back. She could have been nice, she could have asked us in a nice tone, but everything said 'i dont want you here'. so we quickly left and will never be back.
Not to mention that we paid $13 bucks for a horrible burrito. Sigh.
Maybe this is from the recent ownership change?
I wouldn't hire someone like that to work in any of...
