Wendy's — Restaurant in San Antonio

Horrible service!!! I visited 3 times and all 3 times it was horrible!! The first time I literally waited over 30min for food which mind you I hadn't noticed because I was into the conversation with family. I went up to tell the manager he took another 10min before I could even talk to him so I cancelled and left.My second experience same thing long wait my food was cold nuggets and fries hard as a rock I called and spoke with the manager she said she would replace it. My 3rd attempt was to go for my replacement order which only was patvialy replaced, again the wait was ridiculously long the manager was rude upon replacing my order as it was my fault they had ran out if item or if it was my fault they take for ever to prepare your food. I reached out via email and got a reply from there district manager. Whom replued that she spoke with management whom had helped me and stated she had replaced my order. At this point I was more upset at the treatment from management then my order being wrong. Which I mentioned to her. Well let me watn yall.. I guess all there management at that location works the same I never received a return email from her or a phone call after expressing my concern regarding the way management adressed there paying customers...So take your money else where don't wait in a long line to get hard food or get treated rude my...

After reading the reviews, now I know why this location is practically deserted each time we've gone. We have had to wait a few minutes each time for our orders, but we've not been disappointed with the food. They've been out of berry and pomegranate salad dressing for my Berry Burst salad once. I had Italian instead.

Being almost deserted, this makes for a great location to sit and have a long private conversation with someone. Hubby and I have done this for a few of our date nights recently.

I took one star off because EVERY TIME we go, they play only oldies music from the 50s and early 60s. After a while, it gets on my nerves. I wouldn't mind more recent music, say, 70s to the present.

By constantly playing only oldies music, you appeal only to old people and don't show relevance as a restaurant to young people. No wonder people go to McDonald's or Jack in the Box. Their music is much more hip and relevant.

I'm 55, but heck, I would like to hear music that is part of MY lifetime rather than only stuff from before I was born or when I was only a baby. For that reason, I'm going to try...

If I could I'd give it a zero for everything. This place is seriously trash. I try to give it benefit of the doubt, seriously worst mistake. First I go to the drive through I ordered 3 small meals , while ordering I kept getting interrupted by the person taking the order, every time id say something she would say anything else? Anything else? Anything else ? She literally kept interrupting me an wouldn't even let me finish talking. While waiting for my food I see a kid in the back carrying my chicken breast with his bare hands no gloves NOTHING BUT FINGERS which I find extremely gross . They had me wait about 5 minutes then I end up getting my food an looking inside everything was cold and my daughters meal was completely wrong. I go back inside tell them I want my money back, the Manager started giving me attitude going through all the bags making sure I didn't take anything. Then she charges my card another 35$ instead of refunding me the money. This is the LAST TIME I WILL GO THERE I HOPE THIS WENDYS...
