I love Wendy's but this place is horrible. Please shut this place down. The employees don't know what they're doing. The manager doesn't know how to manage or resolve conflict.
Came in here and asked if I could use the restroom. Some how they managed to lose their own keys to their restrooms... My boyfriend and I ordered TWO COMBOS. The person in the front nedevian might have been new. He didn't know how to make my boyfriends order a combo so he asked his coworker, Cindy, for assistance. He charged us and gave us only one cup for two combos. We kindly asked for our other drink. He gave it to us. We waited for our food and we were missing fries and the jalapenos I ordered. We asked for the remainder of our order and nedavien, the person who took our order, said we only ordered one combo and we wouldn't get the fries. We looked at the receipt and it showed "medium combo" right under his order. We were just trying to get what we ordered and then Cindy, the girl who was supposed to help him, chimed in and started arguing for him saying we didn't order two combos and it was only one. She gave attitude and said that nothing here is for free when we refused to pay for the fries when they told us they would have to charge us the difference. I asked to speak with a manager and someone else came in to try to deescalate the situation, who's name is booker. Booker was nice and was trying to understand the situation. It's sad that booker came in to try to deescalate and make the moment right when the manager was hiding in the kitchen and didn't check in what was happening. I asked for a district managers number because this was so ghetto that Cindy and nedavien were trying to argue that we didn't order correctly when they are the ones inputting the orders to begin with. When I finally talked to the manager I asked for the district managers contact information either an email or a phone number and he said he couldn't give it to me. He said I could write my number and the district manager will call me back. I will be calling corporate regardless. There needs to be a change in management and more employees like booker. He was the only one who had a calm demeanor and customer service. Also, another man was complaining to nedevian how there was missing tomato and lettuce. He responded that it doesn't come with that and then the customer had to tell him it comes with the burger and even shows up in the receipt. The employees are...
Read moreLet me start by saying that I don’t typically leave reviews for businesses, let alone fast food places, but my particular experience at this location left such an uneasy feeling with me that I felt compelled to bring it up in the hopes that upper management will see it. I’ve worked in food service for over 10 years. Half of that (and currently) in a supervising role. The gal at the window with the red hair, long beautiful nails, and facial piercings (nothing against that, I have a few myself, I just didn’t catch her name and those characteristics stood out to me) was probably just having a rough day, which I get.. working good service is no easy task. But to take your bad day out on a customer, a fellow service worker at that, that just wanted to treat themselves a little bit after also having a bad day, is wild to me. She was very rude, very short with me, and practically shouted and used aggressive hand gestures at me to pull up farther, even tho I’d nearly have hit the person in front of me if I did. I don’t mind waiting for my food at all, like I said, I’ve worked in service for over a decade so I’m very patient and try to be extra kind to other service workers. So I waited, and the gentleman that brought out my food was very kind and sweet and overall just had a really great attitude. I just wish it was enough to make up for the other gals attitude. I understand it’s rough out here girl, but you know what? You don’t have to work there. You don’t have to work in a customer facing service position if all you’re going to do is just.. be mean. It’s rough out here for EVERYBODY, and people try to make it a little better by going out to eat sometimes. You may not realize the impact that these seemingly meaningless interactions may have on the people in your drive thru, but every interaction matters, no matter how small. From one service worker to...
Read moreOnly person inside, drive-thru was slow but steady, more than enough employees there, yet i waited over 25 min for 2 10pc nuggets/1 sandwich/1 fry/1 drink/1 frosty....frosty was made first and sat there and my food was done on the app and was sitting under warmers for 15 of those minutes, so even if all was made fresh it would of been old and cold adding in the drive home but it wasn't fresh and I tasted the fries and nuggets at the car and they had been made long before I had ordered, i know because i have YEARS of fast food experience including at wendys....
The only reason why I gave anything other than 1 star for all of the ratings is because of the absolutely adorably sweet autistic girl that works the front register. She is very excited to be there and will never let you go unnoticed. She is always smiling and she does the absolute best she can at helping you and making you feel happy with your visit. But it is quite apparent that the rest of them are not concerned with doing even the absolute minimum that they are supposed to do. Also they must not put much faith in the girl working the register because of her autism because they have shows her how to do only so much but you can tell she is very helpful and is most likely willing to help with more than what they have her doing. I'm willing to bet that if she learned other things she would be by far the best employee that works there. Well, she already is in my book and it's got nothing to do with the autism, it's because she flat out...
