Wendy's — Restaurant in San Antonio

I’m not a Wendy’s fan but my son wanted a Krabby Patty meal so we went. Waited in line for 50 minutes which was understandable to an extent. I ordered the Asiago Chicken Ranch Club or whatever it is. Received my meal… literally chicken, bread and lettuce. I went up to the cashier and explained that, that is not what I ordered. Missing bacon, cheese, tomato etc. They grabbed my sandwich and took it around the corner so I couldn’t see, so I don’t know if they did something to it or used the same sandwich and added ingredients. Either way, they gave it back… still missing the bacon.

A side note: I don’t know if all Wendy’s are like this but this is the second one I went to that didn’t have a fully functioning soda machine. It’s decoration. No sodas available and no ice. That being said, the poor cashier was having to go back and forth after so many customers to fill parts of the order, specifically drinks/frosties he was also taking orders and providing customer service. The two guys making fries or to go orders were moving slow as molasses but that didn’t stop them from moving their mouth about the guy that was trying to go above and beyond. Employees are very rude. We placed a mobile order and all it says is pull up to the drive thru and let us know you have a mobile order. Okay no problem we pull up to the DT but the Line wrapped around the building. Still no problem we went inside. Once inside we told the cashier/host that we had a mobile order. She asked for the initials we didn't know what she was talking about and said it's under Ray. She said well what's the initials, we said again idk i just know it's under my name Ray. She then says "You need to learn the mobile app." First of all it doesn't say give them your initials like McDonald's gives you a 3 digit code. She then tells the door dash person the same thing and is just as rude. She then goes and yells at an employee. This is the second visit to Wendy’s this week and I can tell you that I’m not pleased at all with the food. The first time I went through the drive-thru which took forever but can’t blame them. When I ordered the Asiago grilled chicken sandwich combo with fries and a drink, I get home and it was a sandwich with some orange sauce and pickles. The fries were absolutely cold and soggy and I live 2 minutes away. The second time, I ordered from DoorDash and I ordered a grilled chicken wrap with a chili and drink. The dasher pulls up to my residence and I look in the bag and notice fries and nuggets which was not part of the order and he informs me that they ran out of chili. When I get inside and open the wrap the tortilla was ripped and hard to the touch. The grilled chicken piece was completely brown. Not to mention how unappealing the fries and nuggets were.
