I work the front desk over night at a near by Hotel and recommend many places to eat in the area to guests including this place but in the mornings around 7 AM is when we get off, and my coworker and I wanted to go get some burgers Saturday morning after work for ourselves which previously had not been an issue, it was about an extra 8 minute wait since everything was setup for breakfast but waiting a little longer was no problem for us and at the time was no issue for the Burger King Staff either. Yesterday morning however we stop by after work for some burgers, and sadly the cashier at the front told us she had forgotten to turn on the grills or whatever and that it takes about 45 minutes to warm up... sounds like BS to me to be honest as I've worked in the food industry for over 15 years years prior to my position now and I've never heard of a 45 minute preheat time, so unless you have pizza ovens in the back this just sounds like a bad lie for someone who likely just deemed burgers as being too much work for them during morning hours. But anyway we ask the cashier if tomorrow, Sunday morning everything will be ready, she says yes, and we even told her we would call around 6 AM just to let them know around 7 we'd be coming by to order some burgers after work, well of course this morning at 6 AM we call and SHOCKER!! someone different with another BS excuse about how they wont be able to make burgers until 8 AM. Its been probably 10 years since I've even visited a Burger King but this location had recaptured my interest when it was built near my work so I figured I'd give BK another try, but clearly 10 years wasn't enough time for Burger King to get its stuff together and I am clearly better off sticking with Whataburger or McDonalds as they have proven to be far superior in operations and customer satisfaction. We will not be recommending guests here any longer if this is the service that is to be expected, staff just lies and and makes excuses while keeping customers waiting, we waited all night two different nights in a row for burgers but Burger king seems too poorly managed to be able to handle a simple thing like Burgers... your Burger King, I mean really?? If burgers are this much of a hassle to get here at "BURGER KING" then you might as well close up shop cause you're losing business from the people who would love to give you a second chance and recommend you to their guests but as of today Whataburger will gladly be getting my business, and be first on my recommendation list...
Read moreI want to just commend the manager at this location for her kindness and generosity towards humanity! So last year I started my own homeless ministry. I hate the damn world! And I'm very hateful towards ppl and life right now! My whole life I have been wrong and it honestly started since the day I was born. My mother never really wanted me and put me thru hell. And then my my childhood horror began at 8 and so on. And then I was a baby having a baby. I did escape my nightmare. Only for a brisk moment but then the cat was let out of the bag after the baby was born. Anywho...my life has been nothing but abuse and torture and torment. Still is! And so my sister has always say if you wanna see change in the world then you have to get up and make a change. Well God has always spoken to me about ministering to the homeless. I have always been scared to do it because I was scared I never be perfect enough. But let's be honest who is? So I followed God's lead and walk with and let him lead the way. And so when I ask this manager if she didn't mind providing food for the homeless for my ministry. She was happy to help. Well I was able to feed 7 men that night. Not a big crowd like it usually has been the last couple of months that I had been cooking and bringing food where ever I can. But at least 2 men where save that night and 1 ask for resources to get help to get off the streets because he was tired of being homeless! Just beautiful 🤩❤️. See the power of change! I'm still pissed at this damn hateful chitty world! But I'm gonna keep trying to change it. Till then Burger King...
Read moreMorning crew 05/15/19 is a no for me. 1st issue started when the cashier was standing at the drive threw window on his phone. (Mind you there’s no orders in drivethru or dine in.) As I wait for him to acknowledge me a 2nd time and get off his phone he comes to me with a attitude as if I interrupted his conversation and takes my order like a total diva with so much negativity and attitude in his tone of voice and faces. I sit and wait for my order all the while a female manager with tattoos stares me down as well. When my order comes up she yells “sauce!” And I say, “excuse me?” She mentions what dip I want and I tell her she throws it in the bag, puts the food on the counter and walks back to the fryer area to just stand there and look at food cook. I say excuse me I’m missing my drink, she tells the drive thru cashier to make my drink as he does once more with attitude; then gets the drink wrong and says no that’s what the manager said to make, after I said it was wrong and he took my order?... When I tasted my food in the car it was nothing but clumps of salt on my fries as i clearly can show for in the picture. As a full time Driver me and my colleagues at the airport come as a group and bring business only to get horrible service and food. I will pass this on and we will be more than sure to not return as we work as a living providing customer service, this was a mess I will...
