This has been the absolute worst experience I’ve had in this establishment and it will be my last. Mind you, I’ve been a patron of this place for years and it has continuously been a disappointment for the last couple of years. I even had their app. It started with questioning my 78 year old mother why she sat down at a table while your staff at the counter made people wait to order. Apparently, your waitstaff and kitchen were so far behind that they held off taking orders with ample table availability, but the paying customers have to suffer the consequences. After ordering, I sat down and my mother shared her experience. It was all downhill from there. So, it took a receipt to change the attitude of our server and she was nice afterwards. She even tried warning us that the kitchen was behind, but she failed to mention it was just our order. Meanwhile, all the other customers that followed us were being served. WE ARE A TABLE FOR TWO!!!! I ordered 20 wings, a side of fries and 2 beers. Finally I express myself to my server and she told us she advised the manager and lo and behold our mildly temperate food arrived and it was WRONG. Mind you I fast daily and should have eaten by 8 pm and my order arrived at 7:45 pm INCORRECTLY. I was upset and needed to express myself so I got up and asked for the manager. It doesn’t get better. Brian Rose. . . . Let’s start by saying, he didn’t listen to a SINGLE word I said. After I vetted, he had the audacity to ask me “ok, what happened again?” He was informal, passive and uninterested. All he said was he was new and so was the GM and they are working to make the place better. This guy is not manager material. After all was said and done, he said “Thank you for letting us know.” He shook my hand and went on with his night. This is the experience I paid for at a cost of $48.01($53.01 w/tip). With a struggling economy, eating out is a luxury and THIS was my experience. My exact words to the manager were, “I ordered food and you gave me what you wanted.” WE truly are done with this place. Read moreMy husband and I tried dinning in at Willies on Saturday night. Total fail! First the server Leslie took forever to approach our table. After 10 mins of sitting down at the table she finally came and grabbed our ticket. She never verified what we ordered or if we needed anything else. She just took our ticket and walked away. Never introduced herself until I asked her her name. Once our appetizer came in it was cold, soggy, they only gave us ranch dressing and forget the country gravy sauce for the fried mushrooms. After a long while my husband main entree came out but everything was served separately. She forgot his mac and cheese and the street corn. My food came out later. Wings is what I order and they were terrible. I asked for the manager. He approached the table and send the wings back as I told him it was not what I expected. After like 20 to 25 mins the so called general manager came back with another order of wings. The presentation look better but the wings were uncooked, the skin was soggy. Horrible. Again not what I expect. I told the so called general manager I couldn’t eat that it. Those wings were disgusting and just not edible. You would think they would train their staff properly so customers can be satisfied with what they ordered. I asked the so called general manager for the corporate number. He thought I was arguing with him and told me there was corporate number just the number in the ticket. We were not charged for the meal which is fair since I didn’t eat my wings and not once but 2 times they couldn’t get it right. It’s sad to say that years back Willies took pride for what they served and treated customers right. Everything has gone down hill at the place from management to the food. Horrible place. Read moreUpon arrival about 830pm we were greeted by our server Abigail, she started off collecting all of our receipts as we were a big party and as we all ordered in front to sit down she kept asking is that all, is that everyone (very inpatient), but we ignored it . We were a big party it can be overwhelming I get that I used to waitress, as the food starts coming out and kids are being asked to raise hands so we can help her get food out to right kids her facial expression and behavior to the kids was a little off putting but again we ignored it, as the rest of the food came out, items were missing or incomplete, one of our friends didn't recieve her food until most of us were almost or already done (some got compensated).....one of us started eating the burger and about half way through she noticed it was really raw so she told her and as she walking away she states "I wish you would have said something sooner" (1. It was half way through that was raw, there was no way of knowing until she got to it. 2. As a server there was no need for the extra comment.) We ended up with another server Esteban, after speaking to the manager, he was really nice and one of the only reasons for the 2 stars or I would give 1...when it came time for checks all the orders where mixed up, again u order at the beginning how they ended up so messed up is beyond me, we wrote down who had what and he went to go fix it....order was still wrong (we saw Abigail trying to help him which didn't) we again recieved wrong items on tickets, at this point it's almost midnight, Esteban sat at a table with us and we went through and finally got it all taken care of but almost 4 hours at a restaurant because of issues and yes some of the orders that were wrong were compensated but not even an apology from management or Abigail,the only one who was sorry was Esteban and it wasn't even his fault.
