I need my money back for food I never received. I made an online order for my husband to pick up for date night. Food was supposed to be ready in 16-21 minutes. I put the order under his name to make it easier for him to pick up. He waited almost 10 minutes after the promised order time and when he came in the staff at first could not find the order. Then told him he hadn’t paid. I had to send him the screen shot to show them. Then they said they found my payment and that now because “the kitchen was backed up” they could start the online order and that he would have to wait another 30 minutes passed their order delivery window. He said he would cancel, he told me I needed to call them. I was very upset by this. I was really hungry and excited for the food I purchased for our date night. When I called to cancel they told me they couldn’t refund me. They were rude and when the man put the phone the women in the background asked him if she “could hang up on [me] for him” he told to reach out to support and that there was nothing he could do and than my husband needed to turn back around which is not an acceptable answer. When I asked him “Am I just not going to get anything for the $30 of food I didn’t receive?” His response was “I guess”. I’m literally crying as write this review. I’ve never been treated like this. Read moreFriday 8/22/25-Called 3 times to place an order and the female answering hung up all 3 times. Walked in and placed an order. A sandwich meal. Simple you would think. However, 4 people who were also walk ins and walked in after me received their orders of 20 plus wings before a sandwich meal. Finally after continuous waiting and looking at the wait board I asked if my sandwich would be ready soon but no one seemed to know what was going on. While waiting I noticed the female supervisor hand a man she seemingly knew an order and some money, then she went back to prepare meals without washing her hands. The counter person gave a customer more money in return than she should have but the honest customer made her aware and returned the money. It looked very confusing in that restaurant. Finally after waiting some more and watching orders go out.
