Who in their right mind does not love Five Guys Burgers?? Love them!! Although my last pick-up was totally a fiasco, I'm not sure who was in charge, but he clearly had no idea the staff was over their heads on the orderly system. I called in a carryout, took a half hr as I watched people walk up and get service, and I kept waiting just horrible management.
Update: I was dealing with Ryan P manager that no longer works here about a cracked tooth issue I have emailed the new manager and no response. Please call me. Tyvm
Update: I finally called corporate office and this is what happened. Back a few months we picked up our weekly Five Guy burger fix. Unfortunately when I bit down i broke a piece of my tooth off from a bone chip in the burger I know it happens on occasion but this time it cost me 1,700.00 to repair my tooth. I immediately called the manager Ryan sent pics and proof of my tooth being cracked off due to the fact my gold crown on top of the tooth literally sliced the back of my molar off. Unfortunately for me I bit on the bone and it hit just right to pop my gold crown off and down to damage my tooth. My dentist told me it would cost 6k to fix with an implant his recommendation. I didn't want an implant because I have perfect teeth and I didn't want to ruin my bite. That said I opted for a build up of the damaged crack and a porcelain crown. No choice its my molar after all. Ive been dealing with yet another new manager and thier attorney to no avail. I believe I will not be eating at this location ever again. Im so upset as it was out of pocket for me my dental did not cover this. The manager requested a reciept fine we eat at this location every Sunday & pay with debit or cash. Well this day happens to be a cash day although I had proof of all other Sundays picking up my order. Im a huge supporter of this business but the way ive been treated is horrible by no fault of my own. This was not the first time I bit into a bone chip at this location but never had an issue. Just a heads up Five Guys upgrade your beef supplier before you destroy anyone else's molar. I will not be back trust me. Id rather drive to the Naples location and im 5 min away from this location. Been going there since they opened.

Read moreI have ordered the same “Hamburger” from a couple Five Guys locations every month without any issues—until today. The staff mistakenly entered “Little Burger” into the system. When I pointed it out, she insisted it was correct. After asking her to fix it, she struggled and had to call the manager. When I checked the receipt, I was still charged over $1 more than the correct price for an incorrect order which was a smaller burger than I ordered. I brought this to the manager’s attention, but instead of handling it professionally, she was visibly annoyed, rolled her eyes, and tried to prove me wrong. Only after I explained it multiple times did she realize her mistake in calculating the refund. No apology was offered—instead, the manager implied the confusion was my fault. The end result: I paid extra, received an inferior burger, wasted time on correcting the order, and experienced poor customer service. Read moreThis location is unlike any other I’ve visited. There is absolutely no attempt by the employees or managers to actually fix items as they are ordered. I order nearly the same thing every time and it’s ignored. This isn’t just a missing condiment. This is paid for items missing such as a burger patty, or placed on a bun when a bowl has been requested. Multiple times they’ve made the same mistake when making the item a second time, and only get it right the third time. Even if the manager on duty is making the replacement, it’s often still wrong. Of 5 visits, only once was the order prepared as made. On that visit I was using a free meal from a previous incident and I was asked to confirm my order no less than 3 times as they made it.
