Relax The Back — Local services in San Carlos Park

I first went to Relax the back at Coconut point to find a pillow that allowed me to keep my neck straight when I slept as I have terrible neck issues and am in a lot of pain. That is when I met Julie one of the owners and she spent a lot of time with me talking and trying out different pillows until I found the one that I felt would work but it was expensive and I expressed my concerns and we came up with a solution. I did buy the pillow and it was worth every penny. I am still using it 2 yrs later. So of course when I wanted to buy a new mattress I thought of David and Julie. I went to the store and as luck would have it Julie was again working and again took a lot of time with me and listen to my concerns. I decided that I would purchase a Techno Gel mattress so I brought my husband down to test it out and found out that it had a fantastic warranty and we both liked the feel of the bed. Not to soft as I like firm and not to firm for my husband as he likes soft. We bought the mattress and they delivered the bed as soon as it came in. We tried the bed on our platform and found it had a lot of motion transfer so my husband beefed up the platform and we tried again. Long story short we ended giving back that mattress and getting a Tempur-pedic Contour Supreme and we love it. When we received the mattress there were marks on it and they immediately ordered a new cover and again as soon as it arrived they were here to put it on the bed for me. That is a business that values their customers. All the other companies just wanted to sell me something and David and Julie wanted us to be happy with our purchase. They even called us to find out how we liked our bed and kept on top of the exchange. Never once making us feel uncomfortable for changing the bed. I highly recommend this store in Coconut Point as they have never let us down and have always been pleasant and understanding. These two people go out of their way to make sure you are happy and I have to say it is refreshing to feel valued. Thank you David and Julie! Update : 9/2025 Came back to get a new pillow due to disc issues and found the perfect pillow. I am now sleeping better and waking without neck pain. Thanks again for all your knowledge ...

GREAT experience at this store. I was interested in a massage chair and my husband happened to see the store in coconut point while getting lunch. We went that weekend and sat in multiple chairs. The staff there was super helpful and knowledgeable about the chairs and the differences between each level. David actually recommended I come back multiple times to test them out before making the investment in one. So, for a week straight I showed up at the store and narrowed down my choices. I was greeted by name each day and as I observed customers come and go, their customer service was consistent and friendly, even when challenged. Actually, went above and beyond. Needless to say, I bought my super novo from them! Delivery was seamless - guys were awesome! They even offered to remove and deliver a chair I had to get rid of to a local charity so I could make room for my new friend! Highly recommend...
