What a nice little find right off the El Camino. We were looking for a quick lunch and then off down the highway. Well it was way past lunch time and there was parking and no waiting as we chatted and ordered our food. The staff was so friendly and talkative. Enjoyable for sure. With the grill and hot table right in front of us, the food was prepared while we watched. The shrimp nachos (we had a double order) was real nice and so filling we could not finish - and that is an oddity for sure!. I had the get my favorite tester, a chili Verde burrito! For those who read my reviews, know that I have been on a quest for some time to find the best chili verdes around the state. What a fun Challenge. The chili verde was good, nice chunks of pork and a mild sauce. We will be returning to test other items on the menu. So many choices and so few meals. Life is a...

One of the best taqueria’s locally that we like to support. Friendly staff, fresh ingredients made right in front of you. The portions are ginormous! We easily get two meals out of the burritos. My husband gets the carne asada with prawns burrito because that’s his favorite. I get the regular vegetarian burrito but also have tried the grilled chicken. The green salsa is my favorite! We’ve tried the tilapia taco’s too they are really good! We’ve also used them to cater a party and everything was wonderful! We had huge portions of carne asada, grilled chicken & prawns, they gave us rice, beans, chips, salsas, veggies, sour cream, guacamole The portions were so big that everyone took a lot home & we still had...

I ate here with my family and was not happy overall. My wife had old cheese at the bottom of her side lerrice bowl, and the guacamole was old like it had been frozen and thawed out. When I asked for the manager, he wasn’t there. His employee had to call him. When I told him the out 2 other plates were fine, it that my wife’s plate wasn’t good, he said they only do refunds right after they bring out the plate, not later. I explained we didn’t see the lettuce issue until later. We almost returned it after we saw how bad the guacamole was, now I’m wishing we had just never ate there. I’ll be sure to never eat here again. Even if the service was better, the food overall wasn’t a thing special. Don’t take your...

Awesome! Bring your appetite or share a dish as the serving size is quite large. The staff is so nice and they hustle. The tacos and platters are awesome. We had a few tacos and a platter. Parking can be a pain in San Carlos so come a bit early and it should be fine. There are usually spots on El Camino down the block. Back to the food, it is quite yummy and they have the standard selection of meats and sea food. I personally enjoy carnitas. The horchata was delicious with the right level of cinnamon.
