I've been coming to the Yoga and Meditation Center since 2014 shortly after I moved to San Diego. I started coming for the chakra balancing meditation which I still attend regularly, it's awesome! What I'm really impressed with though is how authentic the physical yoga classes are. I feel like so often in the west yoga is made into a fitness type class you might find at your local gym. Not the case here! Shashi's science based approach to fixing the body has been such a beneficial factor in my life, and his teachings and wisdom have gone a long way in helping my career as a chess player and coach. Dear Readers, this is the exercise you need to help your body return to its original being. Shashi teaches yoga in a different way I ever experienced . Positions, moves that help you fix your body and every organ, muscle, ligament and specially your mind. Every class is different and you can move your body in different ways.
